Every time a week or 2 weeks later after getting my haircut there, a $9.99 haircut coupon is mailed out for a haircut which is no good when you get it cut short and don't need one for a while!

I always get a good haircut from Kaylynn at the New Haven, Indiana shop. She is so talented that I wait for her even if I'm next in line for another stylist. As long as There are great stylist like Kaylynn at Great Cuts I will continue to go there.

Salon is managed by a wonderful person Sarah. She has the best interest of her customer in mind. She has had a great employee Kailyn that is very dedicated and cares about the customers and salon. The salon has struggled with staff since I’ve been coming and doesn’t get a ton of recognition. They have added a few new stylists who are learning still but the salon needs better marketing (coupons) to draw more clients and be able to retain good stylists.

I got one of the worst haircuts in my life and it took almost a half hour.I don’t think the stylist had any idea what she was doing and the other stylist had to try to help her so I had two people working on my hair. It was just a simple men’s fade and it was ridiculously bad I had to shave it all off before work the next day. I called and they said there was nothing they could do until a manager was there. Hopefully they make it right and I get a refund

The stylist DID NOT LISTEN when I told her what I wanted, nor did she look at the pictures I tried to show her. Hair grows back, trust does not. You'd have better luck cutting your own hair.

I received a very friendly greeting upon entering. They weren't too busy, but got busy after I checked in. Sarah was my stylist, and she was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, and skilled at fixing my messy hair. I really enjoyed my visit.

My son (2 years old) is TERRIFIED of getting his hair washed, let alone cut. My fiance comes here all the time & told me about the girl that cut our daughters hair when he took her, so we took a chance cause he needed it BAD. Kaitlyn or Kaylin (I couldn't hear her name very well) cut my sons hair. She was so patient, and so sweet, she actually was able to cut his hair without him really even crying. I was tearing up, because I haven't even been able to wash his hair without him crying. I will always take my kids to her from now on! I wish I could give more stars! So happy!
