This is the second year that h&r block has messed up on my taxes and I and my children are suffering from their mess ups and it's cost us big both times because they don't do their jobs right or not listen to the people that they're doing their taxes for last year I got audited because they didn't do their job right I would not go to this h&r block they are unprofessional and rude

Great experience! Jim Millhouse did my taxes last year and this year and he is so great at explaining things along the way on what he's doing. He answered any questions I had and would break down something's I didn't understand. He is very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Jim.
