“Good place to go. Almost always stocked well. Employees are very nice unless they're having a bad day, in which case it's understandable because most people that have bad days go to these kinds of stores”
“This was a delightful experience. We were in town for the first time for a conference and decided to stop on on our last night. The drinks were great and not over priced, everyone working was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was perfect. We sat outside and enjoy the music. “Upbeat store, always someone available to help locate what your looking for and giving suggestions. Prices are reasonable also. Parking lot gets a little busy and it could stand to be lit up a little more so pay attention when your pulling out but it’s a good stop for a quick in and out with a very large selection.”
“I stopped by this Cap n' Cork because it was near other stores/restaurants I went to on this excursion to Fort Wayne. I needed some beer and wine to take home and decided to go here because I did not want to make the drive across town to my usual Cap n'Cork. It is smaller than the one I go to, and the selection reflected that. I was able to get the beer I wanted but not the wine. I love Albarino wine, but this Cap n' Cork does not sell it. Still I got some of the items I needed, I will get the wine another say. Service was good, plenty of customers but no long wait to get my items rung up.”
“Clerks are always polite and respectful, and ask if you need ccx assistance immediately. I can normally get what I want, but if out of stock, the staff will check and call other stores to check their stock.”

“Came in with my fiance to buy alcohol for our wedding. The staff was fantastic. The cashier we had helped lookup and find the cases in the back of the store. Other staff helped us bring the alcohol to our vehicle. Really great service.”

My poison is tequila and that's how I rate liquor stores. This one has a good selection of low, mid and a few high-end tequilas (Clase Azul). Top selections are rather limited but plenty of solid mid-range options (Casamigos). For tighter budgets there are plenty of lower end tequilas that won't break the bank but will still do the trick.
I assume the same holds true for most other liquors. Staff is friendly and they're open early in case you need to prep for something later in the day.”

“They have a wide variety of acholic beverages and supplies. They also have a large section of wines for your dinner needs. And the hours of this particular store on N.Clinton are great for the neighborhood surrounding the area.”

“I don’t know his name but there is an awesome guy working at this location on W. State st. He’s really professional and makes shopping there a pleasure. I only but Oliver’s sweet red about once a week on Fridays and he’s always the one who rings me up. Today I was in a hurry and left my card in the card reader and he ran outside to stop me and make sure I got my card before I drove off. This really meant a lot because some people would not have looked out like that. I definitely will be back!”

Old hag who is just a downright mega B. Idk if she's bitter about life or what. But always the worst customer experience when I go there. “Not nearly as selection diverse as the downtown location. The inside is nice and clean now that it has been remodeled; it wasn't before. Location is good, prevents a drove down to Belmont Beverage off of Pettit.”
“I couldnt find the way to update my review so i clicked this link, i hope it gets to who it should. Ide just like to say I still give it 5 stars, Jason, Shelly, and the others who I dont know their names, always treat me great. They know what I want and have it on the counter when I walk in the door because im there almost every day. If it was not for this staff, I would go to belmont that is just down the street. This is a great staff, they talk to me, ask how my day is going and iteract with me, not like a damn kroger cashier. Should get a raise if it was up to me.”
“This is where the neighborhood go to chill and hang out on private property and drink and chill and eat and congregate in peace. and then b able to go right in there in the liquor store and get them something to drink... everybody shows love out here, this is what the hood is a bout, & where it's all good... and you know this man!! “True to the commercial’s slogan of “goes great with life”.My late father-in-law (Marshall D.) recommended Belmont Beverage to me 30 years ago when I was 11 and this is the third Belmont Beverage location I’ve sat foot in after Southgate Plaza and Tillman Road since moving to Fort Wayne from Marion.On 2/26/2023, I went with my good friend (a fellow trans woman, Rachael P) and she recommended a Long Island Iced Tea so I asked an employee her recommendation and the Chi-Chi’s brand immediately rang a bell to me.Nonetheless, as a franchise overall, Belmont Beverage is definitely the best place to get ice cold beer and Long Island Iced Tea as well as vodka.”
