“Good place to go. Almost always stocked well. Employees are very nice unless they're having a bad day, in which case it's understandable because most people that have bad days go to these kinds of stores”
“This place was amazing. The patio had incredible vibes. On Fridays, there’s a DJ. She was playing the best SoulJazz music. I enjoyed a nice My Father cigar. Parking was a little tough with the baseball stadium hosting a game that night. I parked a few blocks up but sooo worth it.”

“Came in with my fiance to buy alcohol for our wedding. The staff was fantastic. The cashier we had helped lookup and find the cases in the back of the store. Other staff helped us bring the alcohol to our vehicle. Really great service.”

“This is my new go-to liquor store. They have a huge variety of beverages. Their wine selection is not the biggest but they always have discounted favorites. I bought 2Es wine there for under 10 dollars. Their whiskey section is large so there are a lot of choices. They always include a wine case box when you have too many to carry safely. The staff are really helpful with suggestions.”
“I stopped by this Cap n' Cork because it was near other stores/restaurants I went to on this excursion to Fort Wayne. I needed some beer and wine to take home and decided to go here because I did not want to make the drive across town to my usual Cap n'Cork. It is smaller than the one I go to, and the selection reflected that. I was able to get the beer I wanted but not the wine. I love Albarino wine, but this Cap n' Cork does not sell it. Still I got some of the items I needed, I will get the wine another say. Service was good, plenty of customers but no long wait to get my items rung up.”

“In my opinion this is the best liquor store in Fort wayne. They have a huge selection of wines. A very large selection of beer as well. The.xooler for the beer is the largest I have ever seen. It runs the whole length of the back of the store. They also carry beer salt which is usually hard to find. Their hard liquor selection is also very large. They have many accompaniments as well such as Bleu cheese stuffed olives.”

“This store has the best selection of mead in the area. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable on the products. They are the first store in Indiana to have gotten the Oberon Eclipse this year (I spent 3 days traveling Indiana looking for it with my girlfriend). Finally, the security guard is mega handsome”

My poison is tequila and that's how I rate liquor stores. This one has a good selection of low, mid and a few high-end tequilas (Clase Azul). Top selections are rather limited but plenty of solid mid-range options (Casamigos). For tighter budgets there are plenty of lower end tequilas that won't break the bank but will still do the trick.
I assume the same holds true for most other liquors. Staff is friendly and they're open early in case you need to prep for something later in the day.”
“I'm not much of a drinker but when I do, I drink a lot! Lol I was in the neighborhood after eating downtown and had to get some alcohol for my podcast on Sunday so we stopped here and being a fan of good beer I was completely surprised that I was able to buy a case, not a six pack but a whole case of Three Floyd's beer. 5 stars in my book since other liquor stores don't let you and only let you buy one 6 pack. Other than that, if you visit just don't talk to the ladies standing out front looking for action. I'm seriously not joking either!!”

“This is where the neighborhood go to chill and hang out on private property and drink and chill and eat and congregate in peace. and then b able to go right in there in the liquor store and get them something to drink... everybody shows love out here, this is what the hood is a bout, & where it's all good... and you know this man!! Whenever you get a chance to come on the corner of Lewis Street and Hanna Street on the south side of town right off from downtown actually then you would enjoy the flavor in the vibe that is out here like I said there's nothing but love here I appreciate going over there hanging out a little bit drinking a beer or two just chilling having fun making jokes and talking about serious issues and seeing people seen in a while or the ones that you have so make your way here today and show the love that it is due to respect cuz we respect each other around here and if you can't give it didn't don't even come by here but if you can you are more than welcome and please do we love to see you...God BLESSINGS ??????️”

“I came in to pick up a bottle for a family dinner and had a pretty good experience. The selection was better than I expected, with options at different price points, so it didn't feel overwhelming. One of the employees answered a couple of questions without trying to push the expensive stuff, which I apreciated. Checkout was quick and the store was clean and easy to look around. I found exactly what I needed and would probably come back the next time I'm shopping for wine. Overall, a solid local shop with friendly service.”

“I've been going to this store for a few years and have never been treated badly until approximately a month and a half ago. This new cashier is always neurotic, and rude. He treats you like you're his red headed stepchild. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere, because I don't want to leave irritated every time. Other than him my experience has always been good at this store.”

“True to the commercial’s slogan of “goes great with life”.My late father-in-law (Marshall D.) recommended Belmont Beverage to me 30 years ago when I was 11 and this is the third Belmont Beverage location I’ve sat foot in after Southgate Plaza and Tillman Road since moving to Fort Wayne from Marion.On 2/26/2023, I went with my good friend (a fellow trans woman, Rachael P) and she recommended a Long Island Iced Tea so I asked an employee her recommendation and the Chi-Chi’s brand immediately rang a bell to me.Nonetheless, as a franchise overall, Belmont Beverage is definitely the best place to get ice cold beer and Long Island Iced Tea as well as vodka.”
