I have lots of coupons and it takes 10 to 20 inserts to get it to work. When a worker shows up, I will ask them what the problem is. Same problem with cash.

I don’t recommend automatic wash , only manual wash is best here. That thing didn’t even dry it. Just washed and says exit! All water was over car

The automatic wash does literally nothing, so I decided to use the hand wash bay. Foam didn’t work and the blow dryer was broken off. I spent 5.50 before I turned it off. Still charged my card 10$

I've been using the manual bays and am pretty happy with them. Reading through some other reviews, if you use a credit/debit card it does a prior auth for $10 but will only charge you the amount you actually used, the correct amount will show up in a few days. Personally I prefer using a card instead of trying to guess how many quarters I'll use or having to go back and top it off.Brushes in self-service carwashes are always a gamble, they even have a warning put up. You never know how the person before you left it, so it's a use it at your own risk situation. There's nothing stopping you from bringing a microfiber mitt if you want a contact wash.They seem to keep things clean and maintained. All of the different features work well and dispense the chosen product quickly. This is also the first self-serve wash I've ever seen with dryers, I don't always use it but it's nice to have as an option.If you don't care about your cars paint and are happy with overly aggressive automatic brushes that make all of those lovely swirl marks, then go to one of the contact drive throughs. If you do care, this is a great place to maintain your vehicle. Sure you can do it at home, but for a few bucks its well worth skipping the hassle, especially when it's cold out. I'm Super happy to have SuperWash as an option.

Horrible!!!! Just left there and the yellow lane charged my card for the $12 ceramic plus wash and started flashing “Enter”, but wash never started! Not going back there! Want my money back, but nothing posted anywhere!
