Rachel was very professional and helpful. Great customer service.
However Paige was not very pleasant. Anytime I approached the desk she seem to have an attitude and unprofessional no customer service attitude. I feel she can use an attitude adjustment for sure.
We gave 5 stars for the great service received by Rachel and the service team. The amenities offered to the drivers were also amazing and kudos to the manager of this location.

“I met two of the nicest guys in the automotive trade. Ralph owner of Barkers on US hwy 30 E new haven, Indiana. I had a car that when you drive down the road it sounded like a vacuum cleaner was running beside your ear. Ralph took a look at it. Diagnosed the problem said it was door pins. I was thinking weatherstripping etc. I left the car there. Got a call that same day. Problem fixed. Great couple of guys. It's nice to see genuine people. A very solid 10 stars if I could give it. 5 will have to do. Say hi to the Dog when you stop in. He's a big baby. Can't wait for something else to go wrong. We'll not really but I know where I will be going.”
