“I just want to say that my last minute search in needing a cargo van to rent to move furniture turned out to be a good ending. I may have not found a cargo van, but the help from Nate and Kyle was superb. It was the last box truck they had, however it was having issues, and only had 4 miles to empty. Literally. Redlined. Mind you, it was returned the way it was found, so the previous customer found it near empty, so it was left empty. I brought my concerns to Nate, and his coworker (idk his name) let me use/borrow his jump start kit for the drive to indy. Nate took care of me in a fair manner and I highly recommend using Enterprise van/truck rental off Lima road. I didnt ask for anything, but they were kind, courteous and made the transaction right, even though they didnt have to. Kindness goes a long way, I will be sure to use them again for my future needs! “I delivered a new truck to Mr. Ruble’s yard. It’s my job and I do it for many businesses nationwide. After I made my delivery and as I was about to get an Uber and head to a hotel while I waited for my flight the next day, Mr. Ruble asked where I was staying. I explained that I hadn’t decided yet. Well Mr. Ruble politely offered to give me a ride to a hotel nearby and I accepted. After we arrived to the hotel he came in with me to make sure they still had availability before he dropped me off. While at the counter he told the lady that I had delivered a truck for them. Because of his words the lady gave me an almost 50% discount on the hotel. None of these actions were necessary nor did they benefit Mr. Ruble in any way. He simply did these things and showed me that the world isn’t as bad as recent events in my life had led me to believe. Mr. Ruble deserves your business and you should give it to him!”
