The staff at the New Haven post office have always been friendly, helpful and pleasant to interact with !

I've only ever had good experiences at this location. Mail holds, Passports for my family, other misc., no complaints thus far.

Would be perfect IF the lobby with the post boxes were open 24/7... Had I known it wasn't, I might have chosen another location
