We lost the gentleman that delivered our newspaper.. so it was to be delivered by USPO SERVICE. Well that lasted 2 days and now our mail has not been delivered. So I used to read my paper every morning during breakfast .. then it went to reading(0ld news) eating lunch.. now they tell me they will credit my account and my paper may be delivered tommorow. Come on USPO … are we just to accept this and not be upset? I’d say this is a bit ridiculous.

Totally inept. One day mail arrived at 12:30 the next day 6pm. Today no newspaper on a 6pm delivery.

I been living in new haven indiana 8 years. I just recently moved so I wnt into the post office to change my address. The older white lady with the glasses works in the morning is not professional she is rude & wasn’t going to help me until I got loud with her. My gf goes in to change her address as well she calls me says the same thing. We are both black I watched her treat everybody else (white) with smiles & a happy greeting. I treat everybody with respect no matter their color, gender or nationality I deserve the same in return. I love New Haven but hate that post office because of her.

Absolutely unbelievable service, and not in a good way. I placed a bill out for pick up on Monday morning, and it was still in my mailbox when came home from work. And NONE of the mail I was supposed to receive got here. So... if I didn't get that water bill, am I supposed to pay it? Oh... I also didn't get a government check. Eff New Haven USPS...

Fantastic experience with Jamie Crowder. I was in the unfortunate situation of retail fraud. I called this branch and Jamie quickly identified my issue. She provided me with the necessary information to submit to my payment portal to reverse the fraudulent charge. I was very impressed with the speed at which this was handled. Thanks again Jamie!
