“My 2023 brand new truck got backed into by someone in a parking lot so I needed some body work done on the front end, I tried another local body shop in Greenfield and they said they couldn’t get to it for like 5 months. So I found South St Auto Collision and read all the good reviews from everyone who had been there, so I thought I would give them a try. I was very impressed, I called and spoke with Mario and he said to bring it in, upon arrival he very carefully looked it over and immediately started working with the insurance company about getting it repaired. I told him to go ahead and get it repaired, and he right away got the parts ordered and a few days later he called and said I could bring it in. So I brought it to him on a Tuesday Evening, and 3 days later (Friday)he calls and says it’s all done! I looked it over and it’s perfect, like new again! I am very impressed with the service I received from this body shop, Mario was excellent with communication and was extremely efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone!”
“I always shop at the Auto Zone on E. Washington but this one in Cumberland was on my way home so I pulled in. I needed a wheel bearing and seal which they showed to be in stock but ended up going to the Auto Zone that I always go to anyways to get the seal. Other than the extra time to drive to the other store, the lady at the counter that helped me, was very professional and quick. I will be shopping at this store again.”

“I had a 27 month old dead battery in my SUV today! The doors wouldn't even unlock. So I had to call AAA to get going. As soon as the SUV was up and running, I drove straight to my nearest AutoZone in Greenfield Indiana. Kyle came out immediately, diagnosed the situation, and installed a new battery in no more than 10 minutes. I am very impressed with the prompt and efficient service, especially since there were several other customers in the store at the time. I truly appreciate Kyle's good service and friendly attitude, which made this unexpected development a lot more tolerable.”

I try to time it for when I'm In Indy because they are so much more affordable and trustworthy then the ones near me in Florida. They explain what the issues are and do not upcharge for unneeded services.”

“I called O'Reilly Auto Parks thinking I was calling a service center. My battery had drained out as a result of leaving my mirror visor open. Because of COVID, I had not driven in almost a week, and thus... a drained battery! I was frantic! I have a Prius, and would this require a new battery? I called and the service manager said he would send someone right away to help. Still thinking they were a service center (there is one in town with a very similar name) I was surprised that when the person came and very quickly and successfully started my car, he would take no money. I don't know what auto part I need, but I aim to go to the store and support them in any way I can. What wonderful service!! Please support this store!”
