“The staff is generally friendly there’s a few workers who it seems like it’s more a hangout spot than a job. It’s hit or miss if the worker is knowledgeable a lot of the time they’re not helpful. If I need parts I generally try to stay away as it’s hard to find what I need in stock. I do trade in my vehicle or small engine batteries here and they do offer a military discount.”

“NAPA was very detailed and thorough. I needed a specific part for a foreign vehicle. The associate checked several options in their inventory and a few places out of their system. She waited on several customers, a few simultaneously while making sure the entry door didn't rip off it's hinges with the 30 mph wind gusts the day before Thanksgiving. She looked up information for a local dealer/service center and recommended I call a local body shop associated with the manufacturer of my car. While the parts I needed were not in their inventory she gave me two options with probable availability. Helping a customer by suggesting other options when your company doesn't carry the required parts is true customer service and a sound business practice. I'm more likely to think of Napa first the next time I have a need.”
