Apparently after 50 you shouldn't try revisiting your youth with a random act of skateboarding. Who knew! Anyways, Chanel and her assistant were fantastic. They were both quick and efficient in helping me. It's nice knowing decent medical care is just around the corner from our home.

Always great care and services. Nurses listen, they are thorough, caring and give appropriate tratment. I have always had great care here for many years. So I'm surprised by the negative reviews.

Dear local residents. Please avoid this clinic as they do not understand when antibiotics are needed instead of over the counter recommendations. Also, thanks for putting me on hold and not addressing this issue. BEYOND LOUSY.

I made an appointment for 1pm for an illness, already feeling terrible, and I got greeted with major attitude about not having my insurance card with me (I thought it was connected with CVS since it’s literally inside of a CVS). My mistake, I’ll own that. She reluctantly gave me another opportunity to go get my insurance information from the pharmacy. While I was standing in line I got to thinking I would rather not spend one more minute with the service provider who clearly was having too terrible of a day to see patients so I left. Hope someone else catches her on a good day if she has them!

I received prompt same day service, good diagnosis and prescriptions, as needed. At my doctor's office, it might take 2 or 3 days minimum to get an appointment.

I arrived there 10 min before closing and was checking in. I had bad ear infection. She opened the door and said we are closed i told her what was wrong she told me to buy flonase. Could not go back monday closed for labor day.

Went to see the doctor about a possible sinus infection, they told me I needed a COVID test prior to coming in - perfectly fine. I wasn't instructed on where to park and wait and was told I would get a call letting me know it was time to come over, so I just parked near the COVID testng area in the normal parking area. I was in the parking lot at 2:45 pm (3pm minute clinic appointment time) and around 3:30pm decided to go park at the COVID testing area because I hadn't heard anything. The woman doing the testing came to my window and asked my name, I told her, and she began yelling at me saying, "I've had you as a no show this whole time." I explained that I only got one phone call which was from a Rhode Island number and I didn't answer because I get spam calls, & she didn't leave a message letting me know it was the COVID testing so I didn't think anything of it. She continued to yell at me saying she called "countless" times and left "tons" of text messages (I received 0 text messages and only that one call from the Rhode Island number). Defending myself only prompted her to yell at me more. In the middle of our conversation, an additional car pulled up, she turned away from me and our conversation, talked to them and walked away completely. The most rude encounter I have had with a healthcare "professional."

It was an ok visit. I have a sinus infection, but they kept insisting that I may have COVID!!! I have had a lot of sinus infections in my life, and that what it is! She said if I didn't feel better in a couple of days I need to get tested!!! I have had allergies all my life and I know what a sinus infection feels like!!!! Please stop insisting that everyone have COVID!!!!! This is the next day and I do feel better, so not COVID!!!!

I will not go to this location again. I went in today because I felt sick. The ladies that were working in the clinic told me that they "are pretty sure" i have covid even though no test was give and i only had a slight fever. I went in to get a test for strep but they wouldn't even look at me. They then decided to announce very loudly that I have covid for everyone in ear shot to hear. I asked if I could get tested for covid (as there website indicated) and they told me they don't do that there. I told them there website said that they do, and then they told me I was making that up.I did get tested for covid at a different clinic and was negative. But I DID NOT appreciate how these ladies were so sure I had covid that they decided to announce it to the whole store.

It is newly remodeled and nicer than my regular family doctor's location. They were really nice and I received great care ?. I made an appointment online and was in and out. I will definitely come back to this location!!
