“Me and my husband were on our way to Muncie when we had a tire blow on 465. Thankfully, we got off of the exit and got our donut on. This tire shop was right there! I called the shop, gave him our tire information, and had our tire in stock! He got us in immediately and had our tire changed within 15 minutes! He was so wonderful, and really helped us in a pinch! He was very professional, and gave us a fair price! I cannot recommend this tire shop enough! We may have to make the drive up to give them our business from now on!”

“Jet Tire has unsuspectingly become my go to place for tire repair in Indianapolis… With as many potholes and treacherous roads that we all traverse on a daily basis we have to have a go to place to make sure we keep our cars functional and on the road and jetty does exactly that…
On my visit today July 8, 2025 I came in prepared to replace all four tires because being a DoorDash driver you put a lot of wear on your tires when I came in to my surprise they offered an inspection first and then instead of telling me that all four needed replaced, they said really only one really needed replaced and we could rotate the others… This saved me about 70% off of what I was prepared to pay today and it won’t go unnoticed… This is why I’m leaving the review so fast.
If you have any needs and you want to be treated fairly, especially if you are on a budget trying to get through these streets in Indianapolis, then I highly recommend giving them a try. They have a wide selection of used tires for those that are budget conscious, as well as a huge selection of Brand new tires as well as I do believe rim repair exhaust all kinds of stuff… Not to mention for those of you that are DoorDash or Uber drivers they also offer a mobile tire service so they can come to you.
To offer even more validity to this review, that is my car that is in the pictures inside of the bay the white Infiniti!”

“Efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, kind, trustworthy.
I have been to Direct Tire twice now - they were so good to me back in March when I had a tire get shredded on a pothole (because of course) when I was on my way out of town for a concert. They got me fixed up right away and I made it on time. This time, I had a tire losing air quickly and knew right where to go. I expected to buy a new tire, but the gentleman was able to fix it instead and I was on my way so fast while saving a lot of money.”

I had a shredded tire I needed taken off and new one put on my rim. They were also available by text so that was nice as well. They were very kind/polite and fast. Was only there about 15 mins. Only thing was they weren’t very organized so it was hard to know what they had. But other than that I will definitely be going back for my other tires when I get paid again.”

“It’s never a good time to need your transmission rebuilt or replaced, but thankfully a friend shared the name of this shop and specifically David Bivens. That work doesn’t come cheap no matter what, but David was great! He walked me through all of the options for fixing the problem, along with prices, pros and cons of each choice and how long each would take, and then did the work I chose in the exact time frame, and for the exact price. No surprise extra charges, no unexplained delays, no trying to convince me to get more work done or pushing me to an option, it was like dealing with a friend who you could trust. Any time I had a question I hadn’t thought before, he was prompt about getting back to me with an answer. I will definitely be coming back here with any future auto needs and sending my family and friends. And this is truly a full service shop, whether you want rims, need any kind of repair, a paint job, etc, they will take care of you and do a great job.”
“First and foremost, I want to say thank you Ian for the great customer service and hospitality that you had with removing the extra air that I put into my tires of my jeep. I know that it was a huge inconvenience sometimes when you’re already working on another task and a customer asked if you could do something in the heat of the moment, though I know there was kind of late in the evening and it’s cold outside you guys who work at Bell tire still provide me service in the midst of you all working in Ian did by far one of the most simplest job, but it was a huge relief because apparently the free air pump that’s outside has been insufficient as you can see from the pictures, but Ian still did a great job and doing something major for me so thank you so much Belle tire and Ian for doing that you have a forever customer in me. - Adam Thomas”
“Traveling back to Pennsylvania from Illinois our Rav4 developed a leaky tire. We were fortunate to find the Tire Barn Warehouse at 10103 E Washington Indianapolis. The service was quick, friendly and reasonably priced. They got us back on the road in just over 30 minutes. Excellent service!”
“Very good place to get used tires if you need them until you can get new tires. Also with winter approaching they will seal your rims around your tires since your tires will leak air sometimes in the winter. I thought I had a nail in my tires but come to find out I just needed it sealed! Great people!”
“Good customer service. I thought I needed my whole tire replaced and they figured out I just needed a new stem which was only $12. This other tire place tried to sell me 2 tires that same day but something just didnt seem right. Glad I went to Capitol and I'm not going anywhere else from now on.”

“I went to get my oil changed and they noticed a bulging hose, so I looked up places near by and found Monro. Jim was able to get me in the next day and spent a good part of the day fixing my baby. Only in true car fashion did it need more work, but that's ok. I appreciate all you guys did and will bring her back when she needs more work!! Thanks guys!! I've brought my car back three times since then!!! Love you guys!!!”
“Phil guarantees his work, and parts, 100%. If the part fails, he replaces it, free of charge.
I purchased a replacement alternator for my '97 F150 w/140,000+ miles on it.
Over two years later it failed. True to his word Phil replaced the alternator at no cost, including labor, and thanked me for my business.
I don't think that would have happened at a dealership.
You might find someone cheaper, but good luck, later on down the road, when something goes wrong.
Phil is an honorable businessman, maintaining his reputation and customer loyalty by keeping his word.

“On our way to Lucas Oil Stadium, we got a flat tire on 70. We stopped off the exit at Greenfield and were in a hurry. I went in to meet Devon, the store manager, and he was able to not only get us in and out quickly, but also didnt charge us since they were able to repair the tire. We went to Belle Tire already, but we will make the special trip to the Greenfield store just because of him. Thank you Devon for all the help!”
“When I entered the Belle Tire in Cumberland, IN the managers where immediately there to help me even though I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in a very reasonable time. The waiting area/restroom was neat and clean and coffee & snacks were fresh and available. The managers were focused and engaged the entire time helping customers, answering the phone, checking on the service technicians, and keeping me/other customers updated. Managers were very cordial, thorough, and helpful with me and the other customers. This was my first visit to Belle Tire. It most certainly will not be my last.”
“I couldn’t recommend the more. Stopped by after being on a daunt due to an extremely large hole in my tire. Not only did they take the time to look at the damaged tire and tell me if they could repair it safely (they couldn’t). I trusted their recommendation. They are the experts. I don’t risk anything knowing I have two kids in my car. They got me a decent tire for less than a $70 to last me until my tire set replacement next week. Fabulous fabulous! I am not a native or fluent Spanish speaker but I do understand bits and pieces and I never felt taken advantage of once!”
