Have been without internet for over an hour in Milford area.

Been disappointing couple of weeks. Internet goes offline with no warning. No updates on website, voicemail full, so expect there is some type of outage but never keep customers updated.

We use the fiber optic internet service and have had no issues whatsoever. When I have had to call Customer Service, they have been outstanding. Going to miss the great service when we move.
