sandy foster is very rude to customers, the phone call we had today with this woman was extremely apathetic, and she seemed to find joy in letting us know she is sending us to collections even though we have been crediting the past due balance on our account. The balance that is so high already because THEY chose to charge us 5 overdraft fees. We don’t need a bank that doesn’t understand financial hardship, so thanks for doing us a favor. But people reading this, think before you choose this bank.

Tired of paying 33$ overdraft fee, when I have plenty of money in 2 other accounts to cover it. AND... Transferred funds into that account before 3pm while the debit was still pending!... But you're still going to charge $33 that's wrong! After 25 yr customer! I'm done with first Harrison?

Bill pay is $6 if your under 50 years old? But free if your over 50? What's the reasoning for charging customers for an automated monthly draft bank to bank? Why treat people differently based on age? My earned money doesnt spend save or transfer differently because I'm under 50
