I think some people are just complainers and have issues in and they are inpatient seriously. If they don't have what you want so sad so bad. Get over it!

If the posted hours were accurate, they could carry more variety, not close at 8:00pm and when you ask to speak to a manager you aren’t referred to the employees you are having concerns with.
