I have a 2012 FIAT 500 POP. This location helped me so quickly and efficiently to fix a window issue I had! When you go to this location for repairs definitely ask for Randy Hinshaw. He provided such great service when I needed it!!I will be going back again when I need other service done on my car! I highly recommend this place!.

Would definitely never recommend them to anyone. They tried to take advantage of my mother, lied to her about what was wrong with her vehicle, told her it would cost 6grand to fix and how convenient the warranty that would have covered it just expired. They are crooks. Took our vehicle to a professional shop and all it needs is spark plugs, not 6grand worth of work, Like Skillman said.

I'm calming down after yesterday! Just wanted to convey how disappointing your dealership was. I was hoping for help but got a very callous group of employees. The most Burt out group I have literally ever come across. I may not have the clout I once had but I'm going to make it be known. To defiantly stay away from you location.Scott SchillingThis was the text I responded with after my fun filled day yesterday. If you want to go and sit for five hours to buy a car. This is definitely the place for you. If you want the old boy group of sales people. This is definitely the place for you. If you want to get belittled this is DEFINITELY the place for you. I’m throughly taken back at this group of people I came across yesterday. If there was any way to give a negative stars I would.

Very poor example of customer service. 5 phone calls to the service department. Placed on hold all 5 time with a total wait time of 27 minutes. I finally asked for general manager, that person was not in. Gave feedback to another gentleman who was supposedly in charge for the day. All I wanted to know what the cost to install a 12 volt always hot plug into one of the cars they had for sale. Needless to say, I'm looking elsewhere.

Recently I found myself needing to upgrade a 2007 Honda minivan with more miles on it than one of the space shuttles. I've never been a fan of dealerships, but knew I had to bite the proverbial bullet and pay a few a visit. When I visited Ray Skillman Fiat South in New Whiteland I was impressed with the lack of pushy sales staff practically pulling you from your car and dragging you into the building. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to walk in under my own power, be greeted by a friendly receptionist, explain why I was there, and then be introduced to a very professional gentleman named Matt.I explained my situation to Matt, told him what I was looking for, and briefly laid out my finances, budget, and other particulars. Matt was attentive, asked great questions, and showed me a few vehicles that we thought may work for me over the next half hour or so. When the time was right, I was introduced to the finance manager. Like Matt, he was friendly without being pushy and actually took the time to listen to me. He clarified a few things, look over my documentation, and suggested a few things that would help me out in the long run if we were able to come to a deal. My credit was less than stellar so that was a BIG if in my mind. After deciding on the perfect SUV, we were able to put together a deal that provided a great car with a comprehensive service contract that protected me and my new vehicle for a long time to come. He was able to get the deal approved and financed within a short period of time and at an interest rate and payment that wouldn't strain my budget. However, that's not the best part of this dealership. Most dealerships will give you lip service and tell you how they treat their customers like family. Not this one. They show you that they're going to treat you like family by actually doing it! I'm not talking the creepy uncle who pats your butt when he hugs you at Thanksgiving or the dysfunctional drunk cousin kind of family either. I am talking about the kind of family that wants to do right by you and make sure you're well taken care of.During my interactions with them over the next few weeks I was able to sit and talk with the GM, a very nice gentleman named Sid. He is a very polite, personable, and professional man that really cares about his team and his customers. Because there were a few service issues that needed taken care of before I could pick up my new SUV (it was a recent acquisition that had not cleared service yet), Sid made sure I was taken care of and kept in the loop throughout the process. He put me in contact with an outstanding team member named Gregg. Gregg helped to ensure communication was accurate, timely, and on point. He answered any questions I had and made sure to follow up with me when he promised. Not one of my questions or concerns went unaddressed and, to his credit, Gregg even addressed a couple of matters that I didn't think to ask about. When he was going to be out of the office, Gregg made sure to have me work with the Service Manager, a gentleman named Kai (sorry if I misspelled that). Yet again, Kai went above and beyond to make sure my new-to-me car was in excellent condition and everything had been appropriately taken care of before it left the service department. I'm by no means a pushy person (at least I hope not), but I did call more than a few times to get updates on the progress and keep tabs on things. Not once did Sid, Gregg, Kai, Randy, or anyone else make me feel like I was bothering them or they didn't have time for me. Every single time they were friendly, informative, and beyond helpful. As I said earlier, you owe it to yourself to check out Ray Skillman Fiat South in New Whiteland. Their customer service is second-to-none. Their inventory is quite impressive, their vehicles are in great condition, and most importantly they treat you like you are important to them because quite frankly, you are! They truly put in the work to make sure I was well taken care of and I know they will for you too.

Purchased a vehicle back in April from them. Durring the test drive car developed a bussing noise their mechanic said it was a vacuum leak and they would fix it in good faith that I purchased the vehicle. 1 day after they fixed it the noise happened again. I'm currently still trying to get this car fixed the "vacuum leak" ended up being a bad high pressure fuel pump. Havent heard anything in about 6 weeks. Seems their good faith ends the moment you sign papers

Ryan ORiley was amazing and made our car purchase a great experience. He was super friendly listened to what we wanted and was honest about everything through the whole process. He is kind and compassionate and helped a girl like me to the start to get her credit back up. Then I worked with Crystal from the finance department. she is super amazing as well and straight forward to the point. She is kind and compassionate as well and listens and helps the best she can. I would recommend them to anybody. If you are looking for a car Ryan ORiley is the guy

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Ray Skillman Fiat South. During my recent interactions with them I have been able to talk to the General Manager, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager, and a host of other very kind, professional men and women that have made working with this dealership a privilege. Every single person I have interacted with has gone out of their way to under promise, over deliver, and generally treat me like I am family. Not the creepy uncle or drunk aunt kind of family, but the good kind. The type of family that supports you, wants what is best for you, and is willing to put in the work to show you that you are important to them. Going in I knew I needed to replace a very old high mileage minivan. My credit was less than stellar. By "less than stellar" I mean someone once stole it, but later returned it with an apology note pinned to a $50 bill. Regardless, the team worked to get me financed for a full-size SUV that met all of my needs and then some. It was a new acquisition that needed to be serviced before I could drive it home. Sid, the GM, took the time to sit and talk with me for several minutes and make sure all of my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He put me in contact with Gregg, the Sales Manager who ensured I was kept in the loop the entire time. Again, Gregg went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and kept up to date. When Gregg was out of the office he ensured Kai (sorry if I misspelled that), the Service Manager, was up to speed and stepped in seamlessly to address any issues that arose. I know that people have different experiences and opinions. I can only tell you my experience and it was outstanding. Facts are facts, and the fact is I have purchased new and used cars from dealerships in Central Indiana for more than 32 years. Never have I been treated so well by an entire team at every stage of the process in all of those years. I will be a repeat customer and I feel like they truly deserve your business.

First off, I was in there to buy a car, but Jamie mostly spoke to my boyfriend? Second, It’s been a month since I bought my car and we are already needing to take it in for a few different repairs. Worst part, is they want my car on a Monday and want to keep it for a few days. Wouldn’t be a big deal if they had a rental car service or would be willing to work with you, but unfortunately not. I can’t just not go to work, and not everyone has people they can rely on for a whole week. AND that doesn’t include if they actually work on it later on. Just another shady car place per usual..

At first this was a great experience. They got me into a vehicle when no other place would. However, I'm extremely upset now. 3 weeks after I got the car myengine light comes on. They have the car. It took them 3 days to even look at it and they will have my AR an entire week and won't give me a loaner. I'm missing a trip now because I have no car.

Ray Skillman was our 4th and last resort for trying to rebuild our credit after filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy. My wife and I got hooked up with the Ray Skillman A team as far as we're concerned. Lacey, Brandon and Dan came through for us and got us into a great vehicle with a great payment and they went the extra mile for us and took into consideration that we drove 3 hrs on a gamble. My wife and I will definitely be going back in the future

Very disappointed in the run around I have had since purchasing my vehicle. Not even 24 hrs after purchasing vehicle check engine light came on so my boyfriend scanned it. The scan tool specifically told us that it had been 13 on off of vehicle since it had been reset. They agreed to fix the vehicle but since then it has been a run around no one seems to know anything. Was told needed to make appointment so they can order the part and have it there, well they have had my vehicle a week now since appointment date and still waiting on part.

I was a little apprehensive at first about going to ray’s because of all the bad reviews and I know people personally that went through them and not everyone had a good experience, and it being my first time buying a car I was scared that I was going to get screwed and put in a beater especially bc I have no credit. But Ryan took care of me! He knew I wanted to have a reliable car, that would keep me on the road for awhile and to withstand random college student trips, and I got a brand new 2022 Mitsubishi! He made the experience pretty quick, a few hours, and memorable! Ask for Ryan and he’ll take care of you!

Spent 800 dollar to get my car fixed and got it back it was leaking oil when it was not before I took it to them. No surprise this is what I get for trusting a mechanic. Will make sure to let everyone know not to use this place, unless you want your car back in worse condition than before you took it to them.
