A+ always goes above and beyond. I was diagnosed with a sensor that was bad on my car. They went the extra step and found that it was the wiring on the sensor that was bad. Replaced it and took great care of us. I would highly recommend this business to anybody in the area that needs to have work done on their car

I had my water pump replaced, which had to go through the timing chain, and they took care of it. All perfectly had a lot less price than competitors offered.

Excellent Work and Honest Service!
I had my blower motor replaced recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The mechanic did an amazing job — super friendly, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. My heat and A/C work perfectly now, and the car’s running better than it has in a long time.
It’s hard to find someone this reliable and honest these days. I really appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail. Highly recommend to anyone needing car repairs done right!

Awesome shop with knowledgeable mechanics and phenomenal customer service! Not only does Knapp's always quickly and efficiently address my issues, they LITERALLY picked me up from my house and brought me back to the shop when my car was ready!!! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The customer service from this automotive repair shop is top notch. I have been to many shops in my time and the quality of work and their diagnostic abilities are outstanding, the best I have ever seen personally. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and have always accurately diagnosed my vehicle’s issues with precision and in a timely manner. The service writer always keeps me in the know on the status of my repairs and I have always received my car at or before the expected completion time. Everyone at this shop is very friendly and always as helpful as they can possibly be. Definitely the best Automotive Repair facility in the area!

I went in fairly sure I had a bad starter. They diagnosed it as just the battery, ordered and installed the same day as I first called to set up an appointment and I had it sorted before they closed. Great place and they were fair and honest. The cost was less than I expected and I’m very satisfied and will be going back if I have other issues in the future!

We were three hours from home and our radiator blew out! Knapp’s got us in and out very quickly and even gave us the use of a loaner vehicle at no added charge. They were very straightforward and didn’t do anything without our approval. Thanks Tammy for taking great care of us!!!
