Would give a 0 star if possible. You can never get ahold of anyone. My aunt passed away months ago and I tried numerous times calling and going there to get access to her belongings for the estate before it became a problem. I gave up A lady finally calls me and told me her account is past due and getting ready to auction. Hello! She passed away and no one was there for us to take care of this. I told her and she said oh sorry for to hear that. Well we’ll need a copy of the death certificate and $400+ to get access to her belongings. Gee thanks. There’s better local storage places with people there when you need them. I’ll never recommend them and warn anyone who asks about storage to stay clear of them.

I am very Pleased with public storage the lady that works there (Stevie) goes above and beyond with coustomer service she is a joy to deal with and the units are clean and spacious and reasonably priced.

This is the first off-site storage I have used.
- It is kept clean and clear of chaff.
- The temperature is kept within a good range, not much wider than I would keep my home. I have never visited with it being too hot or cold.
- A pass code is needed to enter into the locker areas.
The price increases have almost forced my to seek another location.

Clean with several sizes and types to choose from. No one is ever there that will answer the door or phone if you have questions. Price went up 30% with a very short notice. But the most ridiculous thing is that it closes at 9pm...and that means you can't get OUT after 9pm! And since no phone is ever answered, that turned in to a ridiculous problem for us one evening. We finally contacted someone in California (and acted like we wanted to rent; it was 7pm there) and somehow they were able to raise the gate. Rent somewhere else.

The positives are the units are easy to get in and out of. The entire service can be managed online and I like that. Started at $50 and it slowly rose to $110 over the course of 1 and 1/2 years. Not a good deal for the money. Many places are cheaper and just as good. I strongly dislike when a service is offered at a discount if you state you are leaving.

Would not recommend. My yearly rate increases
2021- $167.
2022- $211.
2023 $237.
2024. $332.
Now in 2025 $390 monthly.
The greed of this company is appalling and unacceptable. I can see rate increases which would coincide with cost of living increases but this is ridiculous. I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this company. I suppose empty units are worth more to them. Beware!!

Charging me for a whole month of November for a storage unite and shutting my account down November 4 no text no call no email and renting it out from underneath me and they say nothing they can do ! All they said was they assumed I was done with it…. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will be letting my family and friends know how you guys do business hop this helps you decide who you will trust with your personal belongings
