My daughter and I recently visited the store in Newburgh and a wonderful man named Waldo helped us. He was not only pleasant, but he was professional and made our experience at the store much better than it has been before.
So easy to work with!

Very disappointed as a first time new customer with AT&T and I think I may just find a new phone provider. I went to the Newburgh location and Devyn assisted me in getting a new phone set up. I made it VERY clear that I wanted the most basic and cheapest plan that they offered. I also did NOT want any extra add ons such as the insurance/protection or Next Up plan. What did Devyn do? He signed me up for the EL Plan at $75.99/month, instead of the SL Plan at $65.99/month. He even asked me what plan I wanted and I stated the $65.99/month plan. He added on all the extras including the Next Up plan and insurance/protection plan that I specifically stated I did not want. He fully took advantage of me being a young female and not knowing much. My bill was supposed to be no more than $80/month and I just received a bill for $198.65. Very disappointed and I don’t recommend AT&T as they’re just trying to get the most money out of their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Really solid experience at the AT&T store. I went in to upgrade my phone and was expecting a long, drawn-out process, but the team there made it super easy. They explained everything clearly, answered all my (probably annoying) questions, and had me set up and ready to go in no time.
Everyone was friendly without being pushy, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was one of the smoother phone upgrade experiences I’ve had. Would definitely go back.

We ended up at this location when it was time to upgrade my son’s phone. Devyn was incredibly helpful and patient. This store wasn’t as crowded as the Evansville (Burkhardt) location, so there was less waiting. Customer service was top notch. This will be our AT&T store going forward.

ATT automatically added next up any time o my account and did not inform me. It was an extra monthly charge. Now I will need to remove the service because they can not do that at the store. Very poor.
