The customer service at Auto Zone is fantastic. I walked in and they assisted me right away. I needed to have my car checked because the Check Engine light was on and Cary was awesome. Thanks, guys!

I needed to exchange some brake rotors and pads today, for a truck I was working on for a neighbor. He had bought the parts at AutoZone in Newburgh and left them for me, along with the receipt, but they were incorrect for this application. He works nights, so he was asleep. I went to AutoZone to see if they would let me do the exchange with his receipt. As I was trying to get the door open with two rotors in my hands, Lindsey ran over to help with the door. She then proceeded to look up the parts, and help get the correct ones. Understanding the situation, she let me make the exchange. She was extremely helpful and kind! Then, to top it all off, when the correct parts cost about $6 more than the original parts, I found that I did not have my wallet, since I was in the middle of the job, and had been crawling around under the truck. I was preparing to go back home and get my wallet, which would have delayed me more, but she offered to pay it for me. She went and got her debit card out of her purse and paid the charge!! You just don't often see people do something like that. I said I can't believe you're so trusting. She said it's not that much - I'll just pay it for you. When I told her I would bring the money back, she said it wasn't that much, and to just pay it forward. I said Oh no, I'll bring it back today, and I did, when I finished the job. I just couldn't believe the kindness, and willingness to help with every aspect of my trip there. She is definitely a top-notch person and employee! If only everyone was so helpful! That kind of attitude makes people really want to do business there.

This store has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Richard and Thomas are awesome people. I ordered parts online after ordering Richard called and let me know that one part was not in stock but would have it the next day. The next day he called me to make sure someone had called me to let me know they had everything ready for pickup.

My wife and I own a 2019 Chevy Traverse. This past week, the engine light came on and my wife dropped by AutoZone in Newburgh, IN to see if they could tell us what was causing the light to come on. They used their scanner and it showed it was a canister purge valve. I called a few days later to find out if AutoZone had the part in stock and the price of it. The Gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and informed me they did have it in stock and quoted me the price, but also advised me that Chevrolet had a recall on that part. To make a long story a little shorter, Chevrolet had put out a special circumstance on the part and it’s covered on our Traverse. I spoke with Grant the manager and he was super helpful and I couldn’t remember the name of the Gentleman who helped us, but wanted them to know how much I appreciate their help. Due to my health, I’m retired from the Spencer County Sheriff’s Department and live on a fixed income , so this was a true blessing to us.

Incorrect parts given multiple times as well as 4 different occasions had parts transferred from another store and when arriving next day to pick up they inform the employees didn't order stuff right and it was never transferred.

Matthew went above and beyond, helping with my headlight. He assured he had the right bulb, installed a new receptacle that had the rubber striped and made sure it worked! He wanted to make sure that my lights were working the best they could before I left!!! Amazing job!!!

Had a bit of a problem with a online order I messed up on after fighting with it for a few days I talked to the manager grant and he did a excellent job in getting that taken care of, Keep up the great customer service man it’s greatly appreciated
