They get busy, but there are slower times to go. Scott, Diedre and Britney are all exceptional and a couple others I don't know as well. Pharmacies get a lot of reviews based on things they can't control like insurance, dr.'s mistakes , etc. But they really do what they can to get it fixed if you get the right person.

I was actually at CVS looking for the UPS access drop off point. The drop offs are actually done at the front main cvs checkout, by CVS employees… The cashier was very nice and helpful and it was a great experience..
