I’ve never seen a busier pharmacy. Staff are rude, unwilling to help, and they repeatedly say they “don’t have anything on file” despite the provider resending the prescriptions. I’m an ER physician, so take it from me: Do yourself a favor and switch to a smaller pharmacy that treats you like a patient, these people treat you like you’re just an inconvenience to them. I’ve switched to Genoa and never looked back.

I’m genuinely impressed by the exceptional service, leadership, and professionalism at the 24-hour CVS in Newburgh. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and welcoming—even during high-traffic hours. The team consistently delivers top-tier customer care. It's easily the best CVS I’ve ever visited. Hats off to the amazing staff and leaders!

They get busy, but there are slower times to go. Scott, Diedre and Britney are all exceptional and a couple others I don't know as well. Pharmacies get a lot of reviews based on things they can't control like insurance, dr.'s mistakes , etc. But they really do what they can to get it fixed if you get the right person.

Waited in line 40 minutes (2-2:40pm.) At the window I was told my medication would be another 10-15 minutes and I would have to get back in line. I didn’t have another 40 minutes to spare in line so I accepted I would have to miss my medication tomorrow. I got to the light by the CVS and got a notification that my meds were ready. It was so fast—I don’t see why I couldn’t have just been serviced at the window after waiting that long. Crushing when you rely on medication and spend that much of your day to end up with nothing

The phone service is the worse that I have ever seen. Nobody ever answers and the automated service sucks.

I almost never have a good experience when I go here, and today it really did it for me. The employees are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered, and you can tell they don’t want to be there. I always avoid them and go straight to self-checkout since it’s so much faster, but it was closed today. I put my items (4) down on the counter and he said, “isn’t it suspicious that you went into that isle and didn’t grab anything?”. Someone please tell me why I shouldn’t flip out at that!!! I said, “excuse me?”, and he proceeded to take away all the items and put them behind the counter, not letting me purchase them. He told me to drop the “attitude”, accused me of stealing, and told me to take it up with corporate because they’re going to “back him up every time”. Then, he started telling me about all the theft they get, as if it has something to do with me, and said it’s part of his job. Straight up accusing people of stealing is part of your job??? We went back and forth until another customer got involved. I’m disgusted.
Anyway, it’s the 3rd time this has happened now. This was the last straw, and it really got to me. I highly recommend using a different pharmacy.

CVS without asking me sent my doctor to change my inhaler. I immediately went there to ask them to remove the request. Called Walmart to get my prescription filled there. Walmart pharmacy did fill it! Thank you Walmart

I'm fed up. Tried to call pharmacy to see why my medication cost doubled from last month cannot talk to person. Jumped thru hoops forever never got anywhere
