My car got hit so my reservation was sat by insurance. When I dropped my car off to be repaired, a nice gentleman brought the rental car, however, it couldn't be much worse of a rental. I drive a maxima and the rental is a SMALL SUV with lots of scratches, etc, and dirty! I WILL NOT use them personally.

I rented a car from there for a few weeks after a car accident. Overall, it was a good experience and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that they are very difficult to reach by phone. When you call and you go through all the prompts, you can be on hold for a substantial amount of time.

I am always pleased with the customer service and attention to details at the Newburgh, IN, Enterprise Rental! Every person has been professional, kind, and wants to make sure I’m comfortable with the car and price. McKenzie was the representative I had the pleasure of meeting and she helped greatly with great customer service. I can tell you anyone in the office will take care of you!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service is 5 star! More importantly, a wonderful young lady name Donna works there and when I tell you she is an absolute rockstar! She is kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, and knows her stuff! I know it's the smaller office of the ones in town, but trust me, it's the one you want to visit! Donna rocks!

Car was filthy and smelled bad. They reimbursed one day but it wasn't enough to compensate how it effected the traveling for vacation. I used the email they always respond with on the reviews and the response I got was, I can call the same place I called the first time. So beware when they respond on these reviews like they are going to fix it because they don't.

Stay away. We have had to use them multiple times and there is always a problem. Try to put you in the smallest cars because they have a very small selection. It also took me over an hour there. They were supposed to bring the car to the collision repair, but instead they made me put my son and his car seat into a shuttle van. Luckily, the man was nice and helpful with my son’s car seat. Overall, terrible experience 3 times we have been there.

I tried to swap out into a different car at this location because no Evansville location, specifically Division St. had any cars. Lady said we can switch you out for sure, in the morning. I was like it would only take me a few minutes to make it there. The lady said sorry, it would have to be in the morning because we close in a few minutes which I kind of understand, but not really.I wouldn't write a review, but I have had issues with the Newburgh location too, so this review is overdue for real. Enterprise is terrible anymore. There is no way to get into a decent rental anymore. The customer service is terrible a lot of times.

Need a rental for whatever reason?! See Jerimiah Fields at Enterprise Rent A Car in Evansville at 5220 Division St, and he will hook you right up! This rental agency is responsive with great employees…and I have dealt with them numerous times. It will turn a bad day into AT LEAST a BETTER day! They have two Evansville locations, and one in Warrick County as well!

We reserved a luxury SUV (Suburban/Escalade/Expedition Max) through a third party at the EVV airport 3 months before our trip only to be told that there is a problem and that vehicle wasn't available when we arrived to pick it up. Without a luxury SUV we would not be able to go on our trip so this was really bad news (a family member has a health condition and we needed the extra room). The manager at the EVV airport location was not helpful at all and told us they couldn't help. Luckily, our local Enterprise in Newburgh, IN, has Ryan Herring working there. He came through for us and was able to locate an Expedition Max that we would be able to use for our family vacation to Colorado. Ryan has a true customer centric approach and saved the day. The manager at the Newburgh location was also very helpful as well.
