This is probably one of my favorite locations.the employees are always welcoming and helpful. I prefer to go inside to do my business. If I ever have a question, they take the time to call or help me.

Awful service and they allow fraud. Allowing checks that shouldn’t have been cashed to be cashed.

ATM line was backed up and drive thru was empty so I decided to grab some cash from the window instead. I was the only car in the drive thru and no one came to the speaker when I pushed the call button. Another car pulled up and was helped immediately. All the cars were already through the ATM line so I pulled off and went to the ATM. There is no reason why I should not have been helped, I was right by the window. This branch is slow and the people are rude

This place taught me a good lesson and that is to always check the reviews first I’ve had a check missing for over a year now and no one they claim has no knowledge of it I’m so glad my loan is paid off in fact I paid them off early so I didn’t have to deal with them anymoreGood Riddance

This branch has terrible wait times! Today's visit was not the first since this branch opened. There was a line in the drive thru which has 2 spots per lane, and a line to the door in the lobby. When it finally got to be my turn, she took my deposit, but before giving my receipt, asked if I had gotten a new driver's license. I said yes and the teller asked if she could have it to update in the system. I thought this was odd as I had not given one since opening the account in 2004. She scanned the card, but then continued to hang onto it, doing God knows what. Meanwhile more and more people continue to line up. She made a comment about being short staffed today. I'm sorry but if there is a line, at lunch time on a Friday, dont update info like driver's licenses. Keep the line moving!

This branch is ridiculous since it has been opened and just keeps getting worse. The drive thru is always really slow and going in is not much better. Today we went inside at lunch on a Friday and waited for quite a while with only 2 people in front of us. But the worse part was how long it took to just make a deposit once at the counter. Simple 5 bill depsoit, less than $100. Not much to count, but still took way to long. The old branch was significantly better service. Then she wanted to scan a new copy of my wife's drivers license, which took even longer while they had a line behind us and only 2 tellers over lunch on a Friday.

This particular branch is ok...but I have a lot to say about the credit union as a whole and will be voicing my thoughts/opinions about their "member services" upon closing our accounts here in the near future. I have banked with ETFCU for OVER a decade and intend to move all current account as well as any future auto loans (since I have financed my last 3 vehicles here also).

We have banked here for 10 years and yet again our card gets hacked. No 24 hour service number and the fraud line cant shut a card off. This has happened no less than 10 times in 2 years, get your security up to par. Will be moving banks
