I was recently in a minor car accident and needed collision repairs for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Gerber Collision got me scheduled quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. When the Newburgh shop was running behind, they even transferred my SUV to their Henderson location so repairs could be finished on time. They picked up and delivered my Jeep themselves, which made the process so easy for me.
The repair work is outstanding—the paint matches perfectly, and you’d never know the vehicle was damaged. Shortly after bringing it home, I had a battery issue. I called the shop, and within 30 minutes, a team member came to my house. They jumped the battery, then took the extra step of taking my Jeep back to the shop to make sure the battery was fully charged before returning it the same day. That kind of service is hard to find.
AJ at Gerber Collision in Newburgh and Jeremy at Gerber Collision in Henderson were friendly, professional, and customer-focused, turning what is normally a stressful situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience. I hate having to give this place even one star! The most dishonest, unorganized, and rude place I’ve ever done business with! Do yourself a favor and take your car anywhere else. I’d trust a guy in an alley with spray paint before this place.

Can’t say enough great things about this business and the manager Kyle. Brought in a vehicle I was looking at that was a rebuilt title. I explained I have a child, and one on the way and was concerned it could possibly have frame damage. Not only did they fit me in right away to look at it they did it for free. Showed me the damage to the frame and advised me against purchasing it. Just hard to find businesses like this these days that care about their community even though I was not a customer. Thank you to the Gerber staff and their awesome manager!! The receptionist I think her name was Diane was also so nice to my son and I in the waiting room. If I ever need work done in the futureI will be fighting for it to be done here!

Save yourself the trouble and go to Caliber Collision across the street. Had to take my vehicle back less than a year later because of paint peeling. 2 spots I pointed out didn’t get repainted because they “claimed” it wasn’t part of the work they did but didn’t make any effort to contact me about it until I picked it up. I would have paid to have the spots repainted. Communication overall is subpar. Was told my car would be ready Monday… wasn’t ready. Was told it would be ready Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. It wasn’t ready. Was told it would be ready Wednesday by close or first thing Thursday. I was finally able to pick it up after lunch on Thursday.Caliber is amazing. I’ve used them multiple times. They know how to communicate and work is unmatched. Now I know why Gerber was able to get me in sooner than Caliber.

I had a minor collision in the front, most body shops were not available for a month, but Gerber was able to squeeze me in sooner.Frank was my point of contact and he did a good job of following up with me during the repair.Only negative was the interior was not clean due to them always leaving the windows open- and the front bumper was not aligned (they did fix that issue)Every body shop is extremely busy so for what it was worth they did a good job overall.Services: Tires

Absolutely wonderful work! The team was professional, punctual and got our car done in a matter of days after a wreck! They were courteous and so kind! We couldn't pick our car up immediately and allowed us to keep it there without charging us! Now I would say take advantage of that kindness, but it was a kindness I appreciate and I recommend this company with the highest degree of honor! Job well done!

They recently repaired my van after a deer jumped out in front of me. They are very customer oriented and offer a high degree of service. I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle repaired. They gave me frequent updates on the progress of my work.
