I recently had the opportunity to take my 2018 Ford Police Interceptor to Caliber Collision in Newburgh, Indiana, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with professionalism and eagerness to assist. The staff was incredibly welcoming, which put me at ease right away. The initial assessment of my vehicle was thorough and transparent. The estimator took the time to explain the damage in detail and how they would approach the repairs, ensuring that I understood the process and the expected timeline. This clear communication set the right tone for the rest of the experience, and I appreciated how they addressed all my queries. What impressed me the most was the level of professionalism demonstrated by the team. They clearly have a deep understanding of their craft. The repairs to my Ford Police Interceptor were done with great attention to detail. When I picked up the vehicle after the repairs, it looked as good as new—if not better! The paint job was flawless, and they even took care to match the color perfectly. In addition to the high-quality repairs, Caliber Collision provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They kept me informed with regular updates, which alleviated any concerns I had while my vehicle was in their care. Overall, I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Newburgh, Indiana, for any auto body repairs. Whether you're dealing with a minor dent or extensive repairs, their team is well-equipped to handle it all. A special shoutout to the entire staff for their exceptional service and dedication to their customers. Thanks to them, my 2018 Ford Police Interceptor looks fantastic, and I feel confident driving it again! In a world where customer service can sometimes fall short, Caliber Collision stands out as a true leader in the industry. I had accidently spilled quite a bit of touch-up paint on my 2008 vehicle and stopped by to ask if it could be removed. General Manager Christy Taylor asked if she could pull the car in their building to see if it was something they could address immediately. After 20 minutes the paint spill had been removed and the fender looked great! I was impressed by her willingness to take care of my mistake; did so immediately; and without charge! I had previously stopped by a nearby competitor and was told no one was there that could look at my vehicle and I needed an appointment with the estimator. So thankful I made another stop. No doubt, when I need a body shop in the future, Caliber Collision in Newburgh, IN will be where I go. Thank you Christy and Caliber Collison! Very grateful for the exceptional experience!!

My car was total loss by insurance but I decided to keep my vehicle. My bumper was hanging and popping out while driving and the manager of the shop helped me make the best of a bad situation. She was very kind and stepped in when she could tell I was very frustrated. Thank you so much!

I was in a fender-bender and had some front end damage to my Chevy Cruze. My insurance recommended this body shop. I went in for an initial estimate and they determined that they would be able to repair the damage for around 4k. I drove the car around from the time of the accident until I dropped it off for repairs, about a month in between, with absolutely no problems. Once I left my car with them, it was one headache after another. They ended up totaling out my car! John, the man responsible for keeping me updated about my car was hard to get ahold of, seemed to always be busy when I tried to get an update, and didn't return my calls. When I asked about the process of keeping my car, because I can drive it perfectly fine, it's just some minor cosmetic damage, John tried to discourage me from doing that. I elected to keep the car. They told me it would take a couple of days to get me an estimate on putting my car back together, then a couple more days for them to actually do it. When I picked up my car, the check engine light was on, and it hadn't been before. The manager offered to try to clear the code. That didn't work and she told me she was unable to tell me what the code was. I went to O'Reilly and they could tell me right away, it was the Mass Air Flow sensor. We called Caliber to ask if there's a way they could check if they hooked everything back together right, and they refused. Upon further inspection we discovered that the only problem was that Caliber did not reconnect the sensor. Overall this was a very stressful experience. I really think that Caliber inflates the estimate to the insurance to total out the car, so that they can buy it, do an easy repair, and sell it for a big profit. I would be very wary of this company.

On February 12, I began the claims process to repair my 2011 Ford Edge and selected Caliber as the location for the repairs. The team did a great job restoring my damaged number and driver side fender. Pictures forthcoming to demonstrate their excellent work! John communicated daily with updates on my vehicle. I hope I do not have a need like this again but I will definitely consider Caliber in the future.

I had a terrible experience at this establishment. The management is completely unprofessional, and it’s clear that they do not value their employees. The general manager lied about my performance to justify firing me, which is not only unethical but also speaks volumes about their character.
To make matters worse, I witnessed the making fun of a distressed customer. Instead of providing assistance or empathy, they chose to mock the situation, further highlighting their lack of professionalism and respect for both employees and customers.
Additionally, I noticed a troubling atmosphere among the staff. There were instances of prejudice that made it uncomfortable for many employees to work there. It’s disheartening to see such behavior tolerated in a workplace.
I would not recommend this business or its services to anyone seeking a fair and respectful environment. Save your time and energy for a company that truly values its employees and fosters a culture of integrity. This business should be avoided.

I've (unfortunately haha) needed services from Calliber a few times since moving to Newburgh. Every single time they have been so helpful and so excellent to work with. They're honest, efficient, well priced and generally just so easy to work with. I'd recommend them time and time again to anyone that might need their services!
