“I had a wonderful experience at the Burkhardt AT&T store yesterday. I went in to transfer my cell from another carrier. From the very start I was greeted by a very friendly person, I wish I could remember her name. She advised she would be glad to get my cellphone concern resolved with a service tech. After a very short wait, I met Grace, She greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly voice and asked what brought me in to see them. She listened patiently to my concerns and acknowledged she’d be glad to see how she could help me. She was very knowledgeable and informative about my iPhone. Grace is a wonderful asset to the Customer Service department and the AT&T family. .”
