“Immaculate store, excellent service!!! Paul really took care of me and all of my needs. I came in for a battery replacement for my iPhone, he serviced me with the utmost customer service. The best price was immediately given first, not the most expensive price. The battery replacement was fast, I received a text when my phone was ready. The best part of the service was having in-house availability to replacement IPhone screen and camera protection (for 2 different iPhones), which is absolutely amazing and not heard of in store. Larger stores don’t carry those items in-house and you are left with having to research, find and wait on it to come in from Amazon. I am big on taking care of my devices and protecting them as much and as quickly as possible, so it is absolutely amazing to be able to get everything I needed all in one, quick, in-person shopping experience. I received everything I needed in the most fast, efficient and convenient manner. So glad I stopped by the Evansville, IN Phone Smart Repair location for the first time today, I will definitely be back soon!

This is my first time using Spectrum Mobile, and so far… so good! I’m genuinely impressed with the customer service and how affordable it’s been for my family’s phones and internet. That balance of quality + price is hard to find.
