We came from another storage company in Newburgh as they were constantly raising the rates and had declined in security. We love that the units here are so much more reasonable and also secure. Very personable owner as well.

Auctioned off storage unit without our knowledge or a certified letter. Both husband and I were in contact with owner multiple times and every time he said it was not auctioned off yet and we could pay it. Tried paying it and got a letter saying he already auctioned it off. Asked if there was anything we could do or if we could try to get our things back from whoever bought it and he stated he kept no records on that.

Great service and a great place to store your belongings in at a reasonable price. Convenient for those who need access to your stuff all hours of the day. Security cameras and a keypad entry system are in use.
