The storage area is always clean and easily accessed. It is also well lit and secure. The times that I have needed to speak with someone been few, but I have always been treated with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend the use of this facility!

I have two lockers with Storage King Newburgh, one inside and one outside. Easy access and always quick to answer the few questions I’ve had. Climate control on the inside unit is great.

When I needed extra storage a few yrs ago Storage King had just opened and was close by. I spoke with Leanne, who was quick and helpful. She found just what I needed. As time went on and needs changed she continued to help. I appreciate her help and the storage is really nice and clean. There is a good variety of sizes. The climate controlled is the best.

Units and grounds have been kept clean and accessible year round. Kiosk and online interfaces offer convenience. They offer a variety of unit sizes, great flexibility. Communication has been swift and staff are quick to share promo information as it applies to customer needs.
