“Absolutely love working with everyone at Signs Now. They are personable and always friendly. Thankful we found them and can work hand and hand with each of them.”
“The staff at Signarama are incredible! I volunteer for a small non profit. The staff understand our budget limitations and work hard to design a quality product that is affordable. The staff are kind, considerate, and time efficient. We are a very small customer and we are treated as if we are their biggest customer!”

“Sam the owner is awesome and so are his staff! I stopped in today to drop off a package and a man with a ponytail and beard helped me solve a problem I was having! Fantastic Customer Service!”
“They always help us with our last minute projects with no complaining and awesome prices. Their quality is outstanding and they always try to find and suggest best possible option for more affordable printing. Thanks Link Graphics”
“Ovation is my go-to printing place for all of my personal and business related things! They are always willing to ensure that I'm getting the best possible value and quality for all my crazy ideas! They are super easy to work with and quick turnaround that competes with the online printer services. I recommend them to anyone needing stickers, banners, or general high-quality prints”
“Staples is my go to office supplies store. They usually have what I need, and if it is not in stock, can usually get it within two or three days. Their prices are competitive and sometimes less than competitors. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable.”
“FedEx finally got one delivery right. Due to so many issues with deliveries, I quit shipping via FedEx and when purchasing items online, I will avoid anything that ships to me via FedEx and will ask the shipper if they use FedEx and if they do, could they use another carrier, even if it costs me a little more. The FedEx app is terrible and so is the customer service through that. Delivery instructions are never followed. This one time, everything went smooth and my package was actually directed to this location for pickup. All of my problems with FedEx never involved this location. I was informed that my package was ready to pick up, got there and they were very friendly and brought it right out. It was a really big item, so they offered to let me use their flat cart and helped me get the package onto that cart. Out of all my FedEx experiences in the last 3 years, this one was a pleasant one and no issues. I'm still going to avoid having anything shipped to me via FedEx, but if I have no choice, I feel I will enjoy picking up from here again. It's just hoping the rest of FedEx can get their stuff straight, follow directions and the app works for it to actually get there.”
“They're almost always busy when we visit them for Amazon returns, but the staff work very fast and efficiently. The store is pretty cramped and small, but clean and they have almost everything relevant to UPS that you'd need. Customer service is sometimes curt, but given that they're usually swamped and dealing with rude people all day, we don't take offense. They aren't rude, just not talkative or bubbly in their service - again understandable for being busy. I don't think the abundance of low ratings for customer service are warranted with that in mind. It's a perfectly standard UPS experience.”
“Last time I needed to ship a package, I found myself at PostNet. I was blown away by how helpful and kind the employee was to me. Before I left, I said, “Thanks for being so wonderful. You’re very good at your job.” The man smiled the most endearing smile, and it made my whole day. ?
It’s obvious they value proper training for their employees so they can be confident and knowledgeable while still having bandwidth to be personable and kind. Glad to have business owners like you in our community.”
