They make things easy to understand, and answer questions. They are friendly. The website is much easier to use than Walmart. It's easier, quicker, and more convenient. Glad I switched pharmacies.

YOU HAVE TO MAKE SPPONTMENTS ONLINE! I'm unable to make appointments here now because I don't know how. ? I think its very inconsiderate of people who can't navigate internet. This is the only place near us that can give us bosters. Now we have to try and find another. Thanks a lot CVS.

If I could give no stars I would! Husband went around 1p on Friday and dealt with a female and had his prescription setting to give it to him until they did not have the proper insurance. I went back with my insurance and it was just the male pharmacist and he told me they did not have the medication and I told him that my husband was there at 1pm and the lady who waited on him had the medication on the counter just the insurance was messed up. He got rude and I said you can talk to me with respect he then pointed his finger and said that I needed to give respect to get respect. All I said was when my husband was here at 1pm the medication was in the brown paper bag ready to go the insurance was the issue and I am back no with my hard. He kept pointing and talking loud and goes I told you we do not have it. I stated I did not serve this country for you to disrespect me I would never allow my husband to point and yell at me disrespectful I will be damned if I let you disrespect me!! So, I ended up calling 1800 number on him! This is uncalled for this man should not be working I DO NOT CARE if your SHORT HANDED I get it no body wants to work now days but don't give you a RIGHT to be disrespectful to me when I never was I just stated that my husband was here at 1p to get the medication and it was available!!! This place will NEVER get my BUSINESS again I will go to the 24 HOUR CVS where I ended up going and they was nothing but phenomenal and was very respectful!!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE ASHAMED ESPECIALLY since I spoke to a Schnuck's worker and she stated your not the first to complain about him! DO BETTER CVS!!

I have always really liked this location. The long-time staff is helpful and personable. However, like everyone else they have been experiencing staffing issues, and the drive thru has been closed for my last several visits.While I understand and empathize with the current difficulties in finding good help, the whole reason we utilize this location is because of the convenience of the drive thru.If they can't get the drive thru up and running soon we will need to move our prescriptions elsewhere.

CVS clearly hates veterans. I have been trying to get medications prescribed to me from the VA after hours line and CVS repeatedly says they aren't receiving the prescription and are refusing to help. They also like to say they don't usually fill VA medications and the girl on the phone had an attitude whenever the VA was brought up. After talking to the after hours VA nurse, she told me that I was not the only veteran dealing with CVS refusing to fill prescriptions tonight. So now I have to wait till the morning to get medications to relieve the pain in my back from the VA pharmacy (which is fantastic).

No one ever answers the phones some days, always take forever with medications or always running out. Schnucks was the absolute best for my needs. So unhappy they changed

No one wants to answer the phone. At 1130am and on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone I handed up. Not the first time for this, now I have to drive down there and only have to wait for 10 minutes for a in-store visit. Corporate, I hope you are listening.

Total employees 1, phone waiting time 1 hour plus all day, everyday, cvs text messages wrong, phone tree doesn't work. 1 person pharmacy at all times. 1 star because zero is not an option. 45 minutes later still on hold, in person sorry not ready come back tomorrow.
