The service is top notch and Mark is an incredibly polite and knowledgeable person and was a joy to talk with. Was very quick in fixing my issue and had parts on hand to immediately get me up and running again. I was amazed at what Mark with Star computers did with my 12 year old computer. I had about given up on it when a friend (Bill) told me about Mark.I took my laptop in and about three hours later he called me with his honest assessment. Because of a sentimental attachment to the laptop, I decided to let Mark do his skill on it. He resurrected it from the mouth of the laptop graveyard. Mark is knowledgeable, honest and skilled at his craft. He will talk “with” you about your need not “down” to you.Thanks Mark

This guy saved me from buying a screw I needed and could only buy in bulk. Bestbuy and the other stores would only have me pay a service fee for the techs to install my hard drive. He was very friendly and insightful. I definitely recommend Star Computers.

Awesome company. We walked in with my husband's dead computer this morning. We weren't sure if it was the charging cord or the computer. Mark, the owner, took one look at the pieces and correctly diagnosed that we were using an inferior charging cord. He used the correct one, recharged it, and we picked up the fully working computer in the same afternoon. He explained everything and his prices were VERY reasonable!!! We will never use Geek Squad when such a reputable company like Star Computers is in Evansville/Newburgh! Use them! You'll be glad you did!

Have never had such competent kind service. I just had a printer issue and the owner talked me right through it on the phone. I've always used them and will recommend them to anyone I have the chance.
