“Wonderful organization! I had brand new twin bunk beds still in the box that I donated since it turned out that they weren’t the right fit for my kids. These folks not only picked up the donation, but delivered it to a family in need right after picking it up from my house so this family could have beds for their children. They are coming back to pick up another bed tomorrow. They do all the heavy lifting, use their own time, personal vehicles and gas on a WEEKEND just to make sure families in need are taken care of. Everyone I have worked with and spoken to has a heart of gold and they do so much for our local community. I encourage everyone who has beds to donate give them a call. They do everything they can to supply gently used beds to people who call in need. Many people don’t know this, but social services can remove children just because parents can’t afford a bed for their child. Call and ask for Ms. Linda. She is such an angel!”
“Had broken original shutter hinge for my 1928 Anderson & Veatch home in Lincolnshire. Did not have any but owner said he had a box of them at his house. Brought them in the next day. Sadly they did not match up with what I needed. Such a treasure trove if item. A must visit. Many thanks”

“Plato's Closet has an abundance of items you're searching for. The prices are a buck or two more than the traditional 2nd hand store but worth the value times 10. The items you find are not the typical drop off your crap for resale you find in other places . They hand select each item for quality before purchasing them. You'll find this store is at the top end level. You'll save a lot of money here and no one will know. :)
