Speaking of our local post office on SR 261, I am very pleased with their service over the years. Employees are always polite and pleasant. They have been accommodating and delivered mail to our new office location even after our forwarding order expired because the same carrier on the route knew the change. THE LOUISIVLLE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OUR MAIL GOES THROUGH IS A DISASTER! But that should not reflect on our local branch.

By far the worst and laziest mail carriers can't do the job or don't want to deliver packages instead of knocking on door just stick a slip in mailbox and leaves

Was walking the child on nanny on Fairview drive by the stop sign going on Jeffries. We were right up against the grass and the driver revved her engine behind us (we weren’t even next to a box) dramatically (and 100% unnecessarily) swerved around us and swerved back over a couple feet in front of us: stop having to drive to even reach the next mailbox. We stopped to make sure she got to speed off without us being in her way and she proceeded to not use turn signals to go around corners or fishers indicating her stops. Last I saw she was blowing through a stop sign while on the wrong side of the road and, again, using no turn signals. This neighborhood is full of kids. This is completely unacceptable.

USPS picked up my package on Jan. 11. Now 12 days later, it’s still sitting in my local post office. If you try to call, be prepared to wait all day. The “automated response system” that allows you to enter a number that directs your call does not always respond. It took several calls to enter the response to receive a callback. Once received, it wouldn’t register that I was on the phone. More waiting. No questions answered after 3 hours of this nonsense, and I was told there would be a survey at the end of the call…except, IT WON’T REGISTER YOUR ANSWERS!! Great way to keep unsatisfied customers from leaving poor feedback. I was a champion for the USPS, but this is ridiculous.

I had dropped 19 package among which 4 of the package they have send to next location without scanning them. I don’t know where the package is now. When I went there and talked to one employee she replied that they didn’t scan it since they were no shortage of employee, what kind of justification was that!!!!!! So I recommended to everybody always go and make them scan no matter how long is waiting. Do not use package dropping thing there.

A bit of a wait in line but once at the counter the service was quick, stamps were reasonably priced. Staff were friendly.

They stopped delivering my mail and started returning everything to sender saying it was a bad address I've lived here for years. I had to take my lease agreement as proof and fill out a form listing who receives mail at my address. MONTHS later they are not only still returning everything to sender but now deliver mail to my address for people that don't live here. Because of this, my bank didn't mail my new bank card and received several "bad address fees." I went to post office again and they acted like I never went in there the first time. I had to fill out another form but this time was told a supervisor/Manager would call me about this. It's been a week and I've yet to hear from anyone. Now my w-2's are not being delivered. This is beyond negligent borderline criminal. Going on 3 months....

Had an appointment to get a passport, took off work early, arrived early and lady said she didn't have time I would have to make another appointment. Very rude. This happened quite a while back. I filled a complaint with no response.

Rude woman working the counter sent me to Danhauer's to print off a shipping label. Stood in line there for 20 minutes only for them to tell me THEY don't print shipping labels. So a complete waste of my time and she still couldn't help me get my order out on time when I came back and told her that. Awesome customer service!
