I had some issues getting and affording my medicine, but the pharmacy and tech worked so hard to help me find an RX coupon and didn’t make me feel rushed even when it accidentally went into their scheduled lunch time. They were both very sweet!

I came in looking for nail glue and didn’t know where it was. A young man with glasses who was working the floor that day looked it up and went out of his way to help me find it and was very kinda. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name but he made the process super simple

Pharmacists will just close the window on you even when they see you standing there and then ALL file out and proceed to walk past you like you aren't human when you try to ask questions.

I waited on hold for 32 minutes, they would answer it and just place me on hold again, they did that 5 times… ridiculous!! They lost my business all together.

The rude young lady that rang me up gave the impression she doesn't want to be there or didn't want to help. Poor customer service. Check your bags before you leave as well. She seemed to not be able to get everything I paid for in the bag. 2 stars because the ATM welcomed me. At least the ATM knows how to greet customers.

I waited 10 hours for the prescription to be filled for my three year old that woke up with pink eye… drove 20 mins to the store after calling multiple times saying it wasn’t ready yet… only to find out that the pharmacist wasn’t even there so they couldn’t fill the script….. now it’s in both her eyes and I had to send it to cvs just to get it filled!!!! A simple phone call or communication goes a long way.

Manager at this pharmacy is worthless. He is unintelligible. I called in a prescription using the rx# and they tried filling an old rx with a different number from another doctor. Last year I took in a prescription on Wednesday and the manager said it would be ready the next day. The next day I received a call that said it would be ready on Friday. Monday I went to pick up the prescription and the manager said he had not ordered it yet and it would be ready Wednesday. Had to go to Evansville and got it filled that day. Will never be back. Going to Evansville instead.

Anytime I place an order it gets cancels I try to use coupons they are offering. Coupon policies change with no notice. Will not even try them anymore

I gave one star because zero wasn’t an option. My doctor called in prescriptions to be filled to the pharmacy. I just moved to the city and was establishing Walgreens as my home pharmacy. I’ve always had bad experiences with Walgreens pharmacy but I decided to try one more time since it’s literally right around the corner from the house and going to be on my way home from work. Bad mistake. They never contacted me to request any insurance information. I arrive to get my prescriptions two days after they were called in and they’re not ready because they “has an insurance issue”. Yes, it’s called not reaching out to your customer or the physician about the issue. They ran my insurance and said one of the medicines they would have to order. They knew they needed to order the medicine two days ago when the script was sent in. I’m told they will fill the other script and to come back in 20 minutes. I come back and it’s still not ready. Said to give them 20 more minutes. The pharmacy staff was rude when I told them I had already been told that once, citing “busy” and “under staffed”. You can be busy and understaffed and still not be rude to your customers, especially when the customer has made three trips to get medication that should have already been ready. I’ve never experienced any amazing customer service out of Walgreens pharmacy, yet they remain in business. Unbelievable.
