This place is a dump, feels like a ghetto gas station. Walked in on a Friday afternoon and wasn’t sure they were even open there was no one around, first thing I see is a large puddle from a random styrofoam cooler on the floor. Then grabbed my beer and the coolers weren’t working so beer is nice and warm. Noticed later in the evening after getting home my 6 pack was 5 months expired

Not the best service. I walked in, and the employee let out a big sigh like, what do you want?!? I use to stop by here on a regular basis. I originally stopped coming here because the employee talked me into buying a different bottle of cognac and told me how great the price was. The price was posted in front of the bottles which was behind the counter so no one can change the price. What was strange was there was a lady complaining about a price that was wrong out in the store. He explained how someone might have changed it but they will honor the price. Then when I decided to buy the cognac, the price was $35.00 higher each. I was happy because I knew he would honor it because it had to be their mistake since there was no public access to it. But he said "no way!!" I called back the next day twice and once the day after that. Never got a call back from any manager. Very disappointed. And now I'm kind of surprised that no purses are allowed in here. If my wife comes with me and I had to tell her to leave her purse in the car, I would say forget it and we would leave. But at least now I remember why I stopped coming here and I see it hasn't gotten any better.

This store used to be a great place to shop until they got greedy. I visited the Mundy Drive/Noblesville store about 2 weeks after the new owners took over and found a Jack Daniel's 10 Year whiskey in the glass case with no price. I asked the sales staff for a price and he grabbed it to scan the price. When he came back of a price of $300.00 I asked him to double-check the price. Seriously? $300? FIVE TIMES MSRP? When did 21st Amendment start selling booze at secondary prices?? I emailed Chris McDaniel, VP of Sales, and never heard back....naturally. You can keep this bottle and every other bottle you're selling at secondary prices. There are far too many other great liquor stores in the area.

Went into the store today looking for some whiskey. I was greeted by Ari who was super nice and knowledgeable about their whiskey selection. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service is top notch.Overall had a great experience she is the reason this is the only liquor store I will be going to in the future. She definitely deserves a raise!!

RUDE people! DO NOT walk in here and ask if they carry something I was looking for for a Christmas gift. A friend told me they had them there. I was told I can't just "come up in here and ask for something if I don't know you". I asked her what she meant and she said I have to be a regular customer to ask for certain products. That's fine... But you can still treat people as human. That is not how you earn customers much less "regular customers". I'll NEVER step foot in another 21st amendment. I went to Elite down the road and they were very friendly and accommodating.

I went in and needed help finding specific ingredients for drinks that I was making for a party I was throwing, and Kelli was the one who gave me her personal opinions and I ended up saving money, and still was able to get my top quality products. I believe in quality over quantity, but I got my quality and saved money! The store was also clean, and I will definitely be back. Thanks Kelli!
