I just moved out yesterday after 3 years living there. It was so wonderful until the new company BAM Management took over in May. After they took over, all hell broke loose. The office is TRASH. The maintenance is TRASH. When I tell you guys they do not care I truly mean that. This apartment complex was full before they took over and people are moving out left and right and they are so desperate to keep people they are offering us money to get us to stay. People who don’t even live there breaking into the doors because they don’t have key fobs. They neglected to do apartment inspections so all of our filters are now old and disgusting. Don’t even get me started on the dog poop stations. The common halls haven’t been cleaned since the old company. Truly sad.

I have been here for more than 1 year, and less than 6 months, the deterioration of the facilities and the disorder of the pool, the presence of strangers who do not reside in the complex, alcohol, loud music, more than 3 families in apartments 2 rooms the parking lot as a vehicle repair shop, the car wash is used by other residents the pool area is a mess and lack of care, the doors of the building are open all the time there is no security, there is no respect for the neighbors and the administration does nothing about it, they are renting to people who do not check the background and are filling the building with indecent people in general it is the worst complex I have been in 6 years I do not recommend it and for the price I pay it is not commensurate I feel like I live in a tacky apartment in Indianapolis.

Very sad to see how management had let this apartments ran down to the ground. Dirty common areas, hallways are stinky and urine spots everywhere. Last night I came home to find there was urine on the plastic part of the stairs and the smell strong, nauseating. There are people fixing cars on the parking lot all the time. You can see unsupervised toddlers running around the parking lot making it a dangerous situation for the children and the drivers. The building main doors and bicycle storage doors remain open with rocks stopping them from closing to let people with no key access the premises making the hole place unsafe and shady. I stopped using the pool and gym because this complex is not safe anymore. Loud music and people gathering all night till they start fighting and neighbors throwing glass bottles only to be mitigated by the police. Real nightmare. Rent priced for luxury living. Honestly can not wait to leave this place. All I wrote here was told to property manager. I spoke to Eva and Jenny about it and handed them a letter with many of the unacceptable situations I have had to endure for the last year. Nobody reached out to me nor seen any change or received property management letters nor any action.

I have lived here for over a year. The apartments are nice and spacious but the common areas have deteriorated vary rapidly in the last 6 to 8 months. There are people drinking alcohol and playing loud music out of their apartments. Every day there are people fixing their vehicles and non resident vehicles in the parking lot. A bunch of males with no shirt gathering around and catcalling females when pass by. I am afraid to go to the gym, Pool or even get home late because I had been intimidated by people drinking alcohol in the gym and golf practice place. Because there are apartments with more than 10 occupants, there is no parking spaces anymore, they place rocks to stop the main access doors making the buildings unsafe and the hallways are filthy and dumpsters overfilled. Here at 32 Union the only thing you get is ghetto lifestyle at Fishers rates.

IHORRIBLE. We have pretty much lived here since they were built and it has gone downhill BIG TIME over the last ~6 months. It is common knowledge that there are many apartments with 10+ people living in them. These people party nonstop. Every single night of the week while their VERY young kids are roaming around unattended and unsupervised. You would think this would be confined to one building but nope, they all know eachother and live throughout the buildings. This includes EXTREMELY loud music, it reaks of marijuana everywhere, and garbage being left amongst the property. Especially in hallways. Cops are here daily - check the local scanner for proof. Management is well aware of this and will have you call the cops for ANY AND ALL complaints. Only thing the. send an email. They are fully aware of the problems and are not taking any initiative to manage these problems. Having residents call the police for emergent situations or as a last resort is understandable but should not be the first thing you’re told when you have a problem. The property was beautiful and well managed before. It is now UNSAFE, GROSS, and has extremely unhelpful staff. I would not recommend living here to anyone.Edited to add as I am unable to comment back: none of this was an issue before the new management. The new management are the ones who have allowed things to worsen and are not doing anything. Renters, be careful!

I’ve lived here for two years with no issues. We got a three bedroom, two bathroom and moved in in 2021. Since then we’ve had three different roommates and the office was super accommodating at every point in the lease change. The apartments are nice, as they are newly built, clean, and quiet. They allow just about any dogs to live here which is a major plus and have a dog park, car cleaning port, volleyball court, and swimming pool with grills. I’ve never had any issues living here and if it wasn’t for my commute and expense I’d probably still live here. The only negatives I would have to say about the apartment is the price. While the office was able to prorate our first lease and give us a deal on the renewal the prices for new move-ins is quite steep. As nice as the apartments are, I’d say if you are a young professional with a serious career this is a good place but if you work menial/service jobs, maybe consider elsewhere or adjust your expectations. All in all, amazing experience living here the last two years and highly recommend 32 Union.

Is it possible to give negative stars?I went in to the office and was not greeted, when I walked in they rolled their eyes at me and asked how they could help me and then was told they didn’t have time today and were too busy.If this is how they treat humans I don’t want to live here! I could not believe how incredibly rude they were. Also, overheard them having a conversation with a lady needing help getting high chair to a woman on the third floor, I was shocked how rude they were to her as well. Please go anywhere else that has the decency to treat people like humans and not nuisances.

Lived without electricity in the master room for the first month and a half. Was consistently asked if I flipped the breaker and was consistently given the excuse they couldn’t get an electrician to come out and fix it. The leasing team is not helpful especially the manager. She neglects emails and “delegates” things only to handle them herself a month later. We were sent 3 “final bills” with multiple items that appeared on all 3 bills. They insisted we paid the full amount, this took a 2 months to deal with. The walls are incredibly thin and dogs are constantly barking. My dog was attacked at the dog park and when it was reported to the leasing time, I was told that it wasn't the first time the dog attacked another animal yet the dog wasn’t removed. There are better options in Noblesville with better staff, keep looking.
