This is not a review of the store itself, but the company. I am very appalled at their soliciting of neighborhoods. Came through my neighborhood yesterday rang the doorbell. I did not answer. No intention of answering. Salesperson then was pounding on my door. So I decide to answer it. I was just starting a meeting. He started off by saying all of my neighbors are switching. I said I am happy with my service for internet and phones. I then said I was about ready to star a meeting. He said oh I will make it quick. I said no. He cam back an hour later, did not answer, was pending on my door. Then came back was pounding on my door. Next time they come through I will not answer if they get rowdy will call police.

The manager of that store, Grocer, was very rude and disrespectful to customers. I don't know how a person like that can handle that position in a store.
Nate A. tried to help me very kindly, but in the end we couldn't solve my problem. I just wanted to go change my phone.

The rep we dealt with inside this store was amazing! He swiftly took care of our issues but as a whole we deeply regret switching from Verizon to AT$T!!!! We were lied to when we made to switch. The only reason we entertained switching was we were told we were going to save 50% off our Verizon bill. We were also told we would receive 5 $250 Costco shop cards. (We were switching 5 lines). Not only is our bill nearly the same amount as our Verizon bill, we only received $100 in Costco gift cards. Also, our coverage is not near as good as with Verizon. In our home we have one bar of service, with Verizon we had 4. As soon as our phones are paid off, we WILL be switching back to Verizon!!!!

Terrible terrible terrible experience. To begin, I am an easy going guy. I have been a long customer of ATT and added two friends to my plan. We were lied to multiple times and the rep added benefits to our account/bill without authorization. We have had to jump through hoops just to try to correct blatant lies and oversteps by this retailer. My friends joined my plan because of how highly I talked about my service, but we are shook by how terrible it has been to add them to our plan.
I like ATT, but DO NOT go to this store. In the very least, check your bill to ensure you aren’t getting charged for random number, devices,!- bother benefits that they assumed.

I had a rare network type issue with my phone and I had a team of people working on it for at least a couple hours while in the store. They finally got me a ticket in the network back office while passing through all the troubleshooting that really needed advanced technical surgery to get this issue fixed. I am a person that loves persistence and this was a very persistent team and I am more than appreciative of that. Thanks to Gideon who got things started in the beginning.

If I could give this company a O/5 stars or even better, negative stars, I would. I was convinced to switch from Verizon after over 20 years with them by a smooth talking salesman who put in writing that my bill would equal $87/mo. Over the last couple of years I have worked hard to get this resolved to no avail. With all off the discounts I can get I am paying over $163.00. This company does not stand by their word. I will be changing companies as soon as I'm able.

We came in to the store on a whim 30 min before close and they were more than willing to stay late and help us. Dom was great. He made sure we had what we needed before we left and even put our screen protector on. Great customer service!!
