Took my vehicle into Auto Outfitters to have the front windows tinted to match the factory tinted rear windows and have a spray-on bedliner applied. I haven't had any issues with the spray-on bedliner, although the bed is covered so I'm hoping it was installed correctly. Given the saga with getting something as simple as window tint correctly applied, my confidence is not high. I recently tried to add some tie-down rings to the bed and realized they sprayed over all of the plugs, semi-permanently affixing them in place.
The window tint has been a saga. After about 4 weeks, small bubbles started to appear on both windows, with debris stuck between the film and the window. Took it in to have it reapplied on 10/13 and after picking it up that afternoon before even leaving the lot, there were clear bubbles with debris trapped in them between the newly applied film and the window one one window. The film on the other window was scratched quite substantially, all over. After arguing with me in their parking lot and trying to tell me that curing time somehow removes visible debris and external scratches, I had to plan to bring it back in on 10/27 to be reapplied yet again, for a 3rd time. I checked for debris in bubbles and scratches on the film on the inside of the window and drove the vehicle home and parked it until Wednesday, 10/29. My first time driving the vehicle after picking it up I noticed 2 large air bubbles and upon further inspection through the watermarks from what I assume was them cleaning the outside of the window, realized there were lines of 4 scratches, with swoops on the end on the outside of my driver window which had not been there previously. I immediately called and asked how they would like to handle as soon as I noticed it. Chad started off by stating how difficult it was to see in the cloudy day (scratches were deep enough to catch your finger nail when rubbing over it), but then remarked when calling me back to tell me they didn't do it and they won't be covering the repair and that these were so obvious that they would have been seen as soon as I picked up the truck.
The angle of the scratches do not indicate that they could be explained by debris on a road, nor running into something, or water running across the window. Conversely, there are clear signs that they may have had debris trapped in the window seals when they were installing the window or potentially debris trapped in a rag based on the angle and lack of consistent depth of the scratches.
Even without the scratched glass that magically appeared after visiting the Auto Outfitters shop for the 3rd time, I wouldn't entrust a shop that can't reliably install bubble/debris/scratch-free tint with anything. Shame on me for not just asking for a refund after the second failed attempt. Won't make that mistake again.

The folks here stand behind their work and will do what they can to get you taken care of. If you have any issues that pop up from work they've done, they will get you in and taken care of. Best in Hamilton county!

I would not recommend this place if it was the last place I had to ever go to. I just got hung up on by the owner or manager and they were very rude and did not want to hear anything I had to say!! I brought a high-powered JL audio amp there And their professional hooked up and it blew within five minutes of me leaving. This place is not a place you would want to go and I would not ever recommend Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here if you do not wanna get ripped off. I brought my speakers and amp there to get hooked up because they are supposed to be professionals and all they did was take my money and rip me off and will not stand by anything when it comes to warrantees, their professional guys work or anything!!!!DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF!!! also, I’m currently at work so I cannot bring it up there but I had my wife bring it up there and she said that the employees were pissed off when she got up there and cussed really loud in front of my 12-year-old, which is super unprofessional, and I would never allow that. I would not go here unless you want somebody to be super sarcastic and for them to be cussing in front of your children and have them uncomfortable!!!

I had my tint installed about 4-5 years ago by them, a corner of it recently started peeling due to the cold rubber from the window frame, they got me in and out. Replaced it completely for free. Friendly and professional 10/10 recommend.

I was having an issue with the tonneau cover on my truck (not installed by them). So I called them, and they said bring it in and we will look at it. Their tech guy came out and immediately got it handle, and never felt like I was a bother interrupting his current work. They were able to get me an out the door quote on a new part, and were not pushy about it. I will 1000% have work done by them, and will recommend them going forward. Do not hesitate in contacting them, fantastic in every way.
