LETS JUST SAY I ALWAYS RENT FROM ENTERPRISE, BUT DECIDED TO GIVE AVIS/BUDGET A CHANCE BAD BAD MISTAKE. AFTER DRIVING 312 MILES OF A 989 MILE RIDE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THEN THE CHANCE OIL SOON CAME ON. AFTER TALKING TO 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH TOLD ME TO GO TO THE NEAREST BUDGET AND SWITCH THE CAR OUT. I WAS EMAILED A LIST AND WAS TOLD IT WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM. THE FIRST TWO BUDGET RENTAL JUST FLAT OUT STATED THEY CAN'T HELP ME. I FINALLY FOUND A BUDGET THAT WAS CONCERNED AND SWITCHED THE CAR OUT. NEEDLESS TO SAY SAVING $15 WAS NOT WORTH MISSING MY FIRST DAY OF VACATION. DUE TO THE LACK OF CONCERN FROM BUDGET I WILL CONTINUE TO RENT MY CARS FROM THE CARING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL.GO ENTERPRISE!!!

I needed the car the day after the Farm Aid concert. I was able to pick up the car close to my hotel. The rental office was scrambling with high volume plus their computers weren't working properly. Even so the Budget and Avis persons worked together. I had a car in a timely manner. It was a larger vehicle than I had ordered yet I was given the same price. It was a beautiful, new, white Ford Explorer. I was confused at drop off and didn't turn in paperwork. A call reassured me all would be well. And today I got my deposit back. I had also used AMX deal to get an additional refund.I'm happy.

I reserved a Standard Elite 7-Seater SUV a week before my families vacation. I got a call from the Noblesville location and was told they did not have a 7 Passenger vehicle and was told all they had was a compact car. I told the lady that a compact car would not work. She then told me that i could take the compact car or find my rental somewhere else. After she hung up on me I called the customer service number. The Customer Service Rep I talked to told me that she did in fact had a Standard Suv on the lot and that she would change my reservation and rate to that Standard SUV. I get to the Noblesville location and see 8 MINIVANS, 3 Standard Elite 7-Seater SUV'S and 2 Premium SUV'S I asked the lady working which vehicle would I be getting she told me a Jeep Compass and I asked for about the Minivans or the other SUV's and was told that they were reserved and being rented out later. I calmly said I reserved a 7 passenger vehicle a week in advance. She then stated that I could take the Jeep compass or find a rental somewhere else. I took the rental so my family could go on vacation. I drop straight to the airport and told them the situation and set me up with a minivan which I was very thankful for. After I got home I drove past the Noblesville location after 6pm when they close and they had 5 MINIVANS and 2 PREMIUM SUV'S. Moral of the story is DO NOT RENT FROM THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO BATE AND SWITCH YOU EVERYTIME. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND RENT FROM ENTERPRISE.

Terrible experience. I arrived for my reservation at 6, and she ran to lock the door as I was approaching. I got stranded high and dry, and she was still working. It's completely a waste of time. I asked her why she did that and said, "So what, report it. I don't care. " She is an awful person and should not be in customer service. My vacation is canceled. (Must be Allison from all the negative reviews I missed lol corporate still lets her do this?)

Avis is a wonderful rental company and an even amazing experience! Staff is courteous and very helpful! I am an Avis customer for life!!! They will provide you wirh professional and courteous service! You will not regret one moment!!! Go ahead give them a try!!!!

Will never rent a car from this place again! Management was disrespectful, rude and combative over a friend's and family discount ! Would not honor the discount on the day before leaving on vacation. Serious issues at this location

I rented a compact car but when I went to pick up the vehicle, it was a subcompact car. How is a Chevy spark a compact? I had to upgrade the vehicle so I felt safe renting a car for a road trip. I felt bait and switched. The employees were helpful and friendly but Avis do better!!!

Overall our experience was good with Avis. The vehicle was clean and in good shape. Pick up was easy and quick. We did have a hiccup after returning the car when Avis falsely charged us for fuel. Be sure to bring a gas receipt with you when you return your vehicle to show that the tank is full and make the attendee do a walk around with you. After contacting them they did agree to reimburse us the incorrect charge. Customer service was pretty easy to communicate with via email.

Allison at this location is truly an angel when it comes to being customer-focused and going above and beyond. Always keeping me in the loop with updates as well as always answering my questions, she has a great impression on me so I continue to use Avis in Noblesville for all my rental needs. Even though I live downtown, I will continue to support this location because of Allison! THANK YOU Allison for all your help!!!

The manager in Noblesville, Indiana, where I picked up my rental was great. No hassles, friendly, and very fast getting me on the road in the rental car. Also, the young lady named Classy, who met me in Chicago during drop off was like sunshine in the middle of a cloudy day. Her cheerful smile and friendly personality were great. You need more people like her. The car was clean, in great shape, and the fuel tank was actually totally full on pick up. Great overall experience!

I mistakenly left a pair of shoes in the rental but could not return to AVIS after traveling home an hour away. I filled out a lost and found report as directed but my shoes never materialized when I knew where they were in the car. It is very disappointing to know anything of value left in a rental will be stolen rather than returned.
