I used to love this service & taking my pets here. The quality is now terrible on site & with the company. Staff seems inconvenienced & ill informed on basic care needs or questions associated with our 2 dogs general wellness. They are always ready to sell us something extra or off plan as a solution. Do not recommend. Poor communication & unresponsive when I cancelled my plans. Now we have a collections notice months later via a credit report for balances due. No call, no app communications or statements showing payments due. no mail or email…par for the course for this place. Beware, this is no way to do business.

Opens early at 7:00 but doctors or vets usually don't come in till 8:30 suggest an appointment

This place treats their customers like bullcrap. My friend went in with her cat to put him down and came out without him, and then kindly asked for shot records of her kitten she gave me and they treated her very poorly and told her she couldn’t get a copy to give to me unless she had her mom with her or paid money.

I really don't like the service hard to get in to be seen, vet care plan is expensive but doesn't cover much just not satisfied

Always having an issue with them, whether it’s forgetting to give us meds that they prescribed, not being told our dog is ready to pick up so she has to sit and wait for hours in a cage waiting for us, or closing early. I went to pick up meds they had forgotten after an appointment (again), and for the 3rd time in less than a year they had closed an hour early with no explanation. Hate this vet and I wish I could move to a new one, but Banfield makes it an ABSOLUTE PAIN to transfer anything. Stuck with them, but definitely never recommend to family and friends. Stay away.

I just started going to Banfield, but so far I am pleased. My dog was having a problem, I want sure what but knew something was wrong. They listened and put in time to make sure my best friend was ok. The option to drop off is a life saver and my pup was taken care of

The lady I spoke to at the Noblesville location Banfield was ignorant to no end. She had no clue what she was talking about. The employees with Banfield should really educate themselves on products before consulting with clients.

Great place. I trust the people working here with my cat Mr.Kitty and they never disappoint. Staff provide great communication for pre appointment, during appointments and post appointment, so you always know what's going on with your pet. Will continue to bring my cat here for care.

The vet and tech fully understood that my dog was part of the family and gave us great comfort to know when it is time to say goodbye . That meant the world to us!

Generally had a good experience with our actual vet in the past but after the way we have been treated during our recent issue with our dog I will definitely not recommend them and will be looking at options to cancel my plan once I find and set up care for my dogs. Our dog had an appointment this week in which the person answering the phone was very rude and would not give answers in regards the issues we were having (and if she couldn’t, wouldn’t even turn me over to someone who could) with the test our dog needed. When they weren’t able To collect the necessary specimen for labs we did it ourselves and returned the specimen. Due to continued issues with our dog I went to petsmart to purchase some of the items they recommended that day and I had some questions so I went to the desk and the lady up front was extremely dismissive and advised that no one, the doctor or any of the techs would answer my questions. I was willing to wait. I understood they had patients but I had made 2 trips in two days with my dog (their patient) and came to purchase things they recommended yet I was told without even so much as an “I’m sorry” no, they won’t come talk to you. We pay upwards of $140/month to this Practice just in the care plan and have for over 5 years. They didn’t even care about our dog. She’s just a number. What sad cold people for working with animals.

Our normal vet could not take our dog for treatment so we tried this instead to our surprise it was the best decision we made great care and follow up from the doc and teach !! Exceptional Customer service and care

The first time my daughter took her puppy there they were running behind by about 15/20 minutes. Today my daughter drove in from college and was 15 minutes late and they refused to see him. She even called to let them know. Its funny how you can be late but the client can’t. Telling them that she drove down from school made no difference. The Carmel location was awesome. We are super grateful that they were accommodating.
