I took my car to Belle Tire for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my breaks as I had heard squeaking often when breaking. I received a call that my break pads needed replaced as they were at 4 mm and gave me a price of over $400. Not knowing how thick break pads are to begin with, I asked the employee to further explain what that meant. He did not explain anything and seemed annoyed that I was asking more questions. I told them not to do anything as I did not like the price.Fast forward another week. I took my vehicle to a different, trusted location in Pendleton and was told that there was nothing wrong with my break pads. In fact, they said my break pads were 8 mm thick, not 4. Additionally, they took everything apart and found that some debris had gotten stuck and was causing the sound. They did not charge me a dime and my breaks no longer make any noises.I hope that this experience helps others decide where to take their vehicle.

Great customer service, worked with Tanner. Good quality tires, good prices, good roadside coverage. I will definitely come back.

Walked in yesterday to book for two oil changes. The person that served me stated, "Do you want to piggy back and drop one off and then we can do the other straight after?"I agreed to this, we came in before or appointment time and the first car was seemless. The person who served me yesterday was then confused that we had a second car but said they could get it done. We waited two hours before coming back for the vehicle. It still isn't completed, this isn't what was discussed and has just tied us up for half the day. Customers book things for a reason. Overall the service was professional, until checkout when I asked why the delay between getting both cars done.I was told they were slammed. Got it, it gets busy, we were there since 09:15 for two basic oil changes. My car didn't even go back until the last 40 minutes of our wait. We had a booked appointment.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. The service at this Belle Tire is amazing. Todd & Tanner are always accommodating flexible and work with you, your needs and schedule. They have always been upfront and honest regarding recommendations and maintenance for my car. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers and technicians as well.

Came in for a tire rotation and 4-wheel alignment and was expecting a 3-4 hour wait like I have for other locations. They got me in and out in 70 minutes! Thoroughly impressed with their respectfulness and quality of service.

Very professional, polite and accommodating staff. I had a tire the dealership told me was not repairable and went in fully expecting to replace said tire, however these guys quickly found the tire to be repairable, and instead got me in and out quickly at no charge for the repair. It’s great to know I have a tire shop in my area I can trust. Would recommend!

Very dishonest, I came in for a serpentine belt and a tensioner pulley. They recommended a 20 dollar full charging system diagnostics, that’s fine. They stated they ran a test and found the alternator bad, not charging the battery at all, bad serpentine belt (correct), tensioner pulley (correct) & $1000 all said and done. Mind you the car has never died on me & has never not started. I proceeded with just the belt and tensioner which they advised against making sure I knew that. I picked up the car 2 hours later, and drove straight to a local, honest, & trustworthy mechanic in fortville. In which they ran a load test on the alternator and tested all of my other components right in front of me. Everything checked out, and he said I was correct on the serpentine belt and tensioner being the reason for some electrical issues (headlights flickering, battery light coming off and on, etc) Don’t let these guys sell you something you don’t need.

I went online and scheduled a same day tire rotation. I arrived at the store and there were a number of employees standing around by the shop entrance.Upon collecting my information, phone number, etc. and verifying my identity, I was told by the cashier that he needed to check my VIN.I waited approximately 5 minutes, and he returned, asking me to step outside with him for a few minutes. He proceeded to show me where my threads were and upsale me a new set of tires.I let him know that I did come for a rotation today but planned to return to purchase my tires at a later date using cash because I did not want to finance any tires.The employee then became condescending and started speaking to me in a rude and aggressive manner.I explained to him that I did not plan to get tires here today, I just came for a rotation.I like to take the time to research reviews on the best tires for my vehicle and the best service locations/warranties before making large purchases that are necessary. So rushing to purchase a new set of tires when I came for a rotation was not an option.These people will always find a reason to try and pressure patrons, particularly women, into impulse purchases. Then, when you do not comply, they treat you poorly. It's sad for many reasons.Ultimately, he ended up telling me that there is no point in getting my tires rotated.I did not come to argue with anyone for any reason. I just do not do that when patronizing businesses, ever.I said to him, after he continues to speak to me in a condescending tone, that I just came for a rotation and as a customer, not to be going back and forth with him in the sweltering heat. I thanked him for his time and "in tears", got in my vehicle to write this review.Once I calm down, I will be okay to drive.Very disappointing behavior. Unprofessional.If you are a woman, particularly a woman of color, do not go here. If you do, take a man with you.**Update** In-re to the owners comment. I fully understand the issue with the tires, again. The two front tires were not in the best condition, not all four, it looks like someone employed there lied to you. That's even more unfortunate. So not only do they mistreat customers, they misrepresent facts to upper management instead of owing up to the poor behavior. No matter what could or couldn't, would or wouldn't have been done; maintaining a professional disposition when dealing with customers who are doing the same is minimal courtesy.**

I know where we will be going from here on out whenever we need our tires serviced! Our experience with Belle Tires was fast, friendly, and the staff was extremely helpful! We were in and out for a tire repair in less than an hour (as a walk-in on a weekday morning)! Tanner and Todd were both friendly to me and my littles and the store has plenty of seating for waiting and is very clean. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were in town for the Indy 500 weekend. The radiator hose cracked and my Jeep lost all coolant and overheated. Had to get my Jeep towed to Belle Tire. Being 300+ miles from home, I thought our Indy weekend was going to be a bust. Tanner and the guys at Belle Tire were able to get my Jeep worked on ASAP on a holiday weekend. They were able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs to get us up and running again. We had no more problems and made it safely home. Belle Tire did an outstanding job and I can't thank them enough for fixing my Jeep!

I took my car in today for a flat tire. I was coming in for a second opinion after Discount Tire on Olio said I needed new wheels. Belle Tire fixed it for free and got me back on the road quick for free! Thank you for honesty, Belle Tire!!

My experience with Andrea was top notch. I was having brake issues on my car and called ahead to talk through options. They got me in quickly and diagnosed the issue within the hour. They were able to fix my brakes the same day. I would highly recommend Belle Tire to anyone. Everyone was very friendly and they did a great job.
