Horrible service. Ordered a gift card online and it stated it would be delivered within 1-2 hours via email. Needed it for a restaurant we were visiting later that evening. Never delivered and received it 2 days later.Called the very next day to make sure they canceled since it was still showing as a "pending order". They processed it anyways after being told By the representative it would be canceled and not deducted from our checking account. The very next day, the gift card was emailed to me and deducted from our checking. Called customer service again and they said there's nothing they can do. Cancelled our membership. Horrible service. We will continue our membership at Costco.

The virtual doctor experience was unique but just as personable. The doctor went into great detail about the health of my eyes from the internal pictures they obtained. At 53 years old and wearing glasses since 18 years old, I've never had someone go into detail like this doctor did. Wonderful service.

They were very professional, knew their stuff and seeing the doctor remotely was really interesting!! My prescription is right on the money and I love my new glasses!!

Since I purchased tires there a few months ago I decided to go there to have them rotated. I made an appointment and brought my vehicle in for service. They took the keys and told me it would be about 45 minutes so I told them I would walk the store and be back . When I got back 1 hour later they hadn't even taken my vehicle in yet nor did they call or let me know that they were running behind . They promised to get my vehicle in soon. Long story short , I got my vehicle Back 2 hours and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment to rotate four tires.

BJ's reminds me of a smaller version of Sam's and Costco. What is unique is regional their products. I love Krakus brand ham, so when I saw Krakus ham in BJ's deli - I I bought the whole deli size ham, to take back to Oklahoma with me. great customer service they offered to slice a package the ham, but for traveling purposes was easier to put it in the ice chest whole. The star was well worth buying the membership and a few are a veteran. There is a discount on the membership. Great value on all products, friendly customer service.

The employees here are very polite and helpful! My son has ordered & received 3 sets of glasses. Each person has done a superb job helping him and us!

Experience of buying new glasses at BJ's was exceptionally positive from start to finish. Eye doctor provided excellent exam, opticians were very friendly and helpful, order was filled quickly! What more could anyone ask for?!

Went to BJ's on 9/2 to get shaved steak and couldn't find it. Asked someone for help and they went into the meat department to get someone that should have been more knowledgeable. The person I asked for help came out and said the guy working said they never ever even sold what I was asking for! I informed the helper that I bought it on 2 other separate occasions and I know for a fact that they sell it. The helper went back in and came back out and said the guy who worked in the meat department said he was 'too busy to come out and talk to me!' Again, I was flabbergasted by his response! I went to BJ's a few weeks prior to this incident and the guy there went into a freezer and brought out 4 or more shaved steak packages and I bought 3 of them at around $14 bucks apiece. But this other guy was like we don't sell it and I'm not gonna come out and help you! So much for poor a** customer service! This is my third time of getting poor customer service at BJ's! I've made a hard choice and me and my wife have agreed to not renew membership at BJ's even though it's very close to our residence! I promptly left and went to Sam's Club, renewed membership and I will be doing my shopping there and at Gordon's which is right down the street. Not as close but at least I don't have to worry about p*** poor customer service!

I like to get gas and indulged in the concession stand here. The line for gas is no where near as long as Costco and Sam C. concession stand doesn't always have everything but still good. I go so much the employees Gossip about other employees to me! Lol. I won't tell much but I hear the concession stand could be better if one particular guy did his job!! Lol. Love it.

Be Careful at BJ's Wholesale ClubThe short: If you see an item on sale, buy it then. It may be gone tomorrow regardless of the expiration date on the sign.The long: On April 30, the BJ's in Noblesville had a Berkley Jensen mattress on sale for $200 off the original price. The same sign very clearly stated the price expires on 5/18/23. We decided to think about the purchase so I took a photo of the sign. Today (5/17/23) I called to see if the store still had the mattress. The store did have the mattress. HOWEVER, I was told the $200 promotion was discontinued and they had taken that sign down. Instead, a new promotion is in place that equates to $100 off instead of the $200 we saw previously. I explained to the store manager that I had a photo of the $200 discount sign with the expiration date. She told me BJ's changes promotions at any time regardless of posted expiration dates. When I asked her to honor the price, she told me she would not because the sign had been taken down - a photo of the price and expiration date didn't matter. When I told her that I would cancel our membership if BJ's wouldn't honor the price, she said she would hate to loose a member, but would not honor the price because they had taken the sign down. We are no longer BJ's members as of today.

1st thing I noticed is they haven't even claimed this business to respond to reviews so it's obvious they don't care about customer service. This place is the hype they sold it to be. This is their first store in Indiana and no one had an idea what it would be like. They rented a small store front to sell memberships and were dishonest in their sales practices. Promising things that aren't true. When I went to get information they told me that i could shop the store like a regular grocery store with regular sizes. Not true at all. When I have tried shopping their and needed help good luck because you can't find an employee. The one time I found one you could tell he was truly upset he had to help. If you need a wholesale membership really look around first.

The excellent staff at BJ’s. Optical helped me to select the perfect frame even though I’m a very picky patient. I found the most unique Sperry frame that I never thought I would choose. It looks perfect on me. I will definitely make my next purchase here.
