Stopped by the Budget rental car location in Noblesville after taking an Uber in from Kokomo, and it definitely felt a bit out of the way, but it did the job. The location itself is on the smaller side, but they actually had a decent number of vehicles available, more than I expected for the size. Even though it’s not a big, flashy rental center, they still handled everything you’d expect without any issues. What I appreciated most was the lack of pushy sales tactics. There was no upselling or pressure, just straightforward service. The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and I was able to get in and out without wasting time. The staff kept things simple, which I always appreciate at rental spots where things can sometimes drag. The car I received was clean and ready to go. Overall, it’s a nice, no-nonsense location that covers the basics without making the process complicated. Worth the stop if you don’t mind the drive from Kokomo.

Was moving states away and this is the closet Budget Truck rental to my old apartment. I had a reservation for a moving truck for 1-2 weeks before my move date. On the morning of my move date, I went to pick up the truck and they had moved the pick up location to the Castleton location without notifying me. Not a phone call, voicemail, or email.

Went to pick up my car for vacation leaving right after. They done charged I've done submitted all my forms. And the dude is closing tells me he can't rent to me he runs inside locks doors. I tapped gently because I've rented cars hundreds of times and never had this issue. He wouldn't answer door to help or figure it out. Worst customer service in the world. And after calling their 800 number from parking lot the lady said she saw no reason they couldn't rent to me and was going to set me up somewhere else. Nope. I'm running behind anyways I went to sixt car rental best place ever!!

When I went to pick up the vehicle at the Airport, they made me wait for 45 minutes because the car was being serviced. Then the day I dropped off the vehicle at the expected location and time in Noblesville, I even got there before the time, and still was charged for another day and a penalty fee for late drop off. After calling the location, a very rude person told me that I most likely dropped the vehicle the morning after the expected time, something that was just ridiculous. The only insinuation that I lied to them was insulting and humiliating. That person then gave me a customer service number, and it was the same story: rude people not helping but trying to get your money in the most dishonorable way possible. The so-called customer service associate just told me I had to wait five business days to get a decision about my case; it has been way more than that and I still do not have a response about getting a refund for the unfair extra late fee charges. This company is a joke, nonsense, and just profiteers. I will never rent another vehicle from this company.

Horrible experience! Prepaid for my rental car online and received my confirmation. Went in to pick it up and was told that because I didn't have a major credit card that I couldn't rent the car I already paid for. I was told in a condescending rude way that the debit card policy was all over the website. I told the woman that she was being unnecessarily rude and she should try being a nicer. However I was told that I was being nasty. Yes because I was being told Wrong information! That policy is not posted anywhere on the website and that was confirmed when I called customer service. If I had not already prepaid I would not have rented from this company at all. However I knew it would be a pain to get my money back. Customer service booked another reservation at a different location and I rented a car from that location without a major credit card...

I don't recommend this company for a car rental. You will pick your pick up and drop off date then the vehicle you want. After finding the vehicle you want you then go to pay, after paying and payment goes through it then changes your pick up date. Then when you call to have there mistake corrected you are screwed because they charge you $150. Because that vehicle isn't available for the date we first requested.

Check out: It looks like there's only maybe one staff working at a time? Even though I had booked my car in advance online, it took a long time to get my vehicle.
Check in: Returned car on time. Got a call that the car was messy (there was sand on the mats from our vacation) and that I'd be charged a $450 fee if I didn't come back and clean out the car. $450 is definitely excessive for a cleaning fee! I did what I could, and will post an update if I get charged the fee anyway or not. (I DID find one of the kids car seats and a pair of socks while I was vacuuming, which is why I give it a 2 star.)
I usually rent from Enterprise, and will go back to them from now. Budget has definitely lost a customer in me.

Do not rent here! I have rented her before and EVERYTHING changed. NONE of these “rules” were on the website. I pre-paid for a van months in advance. Then when I got to the store they told me I could not rent the van I already paid for because I only had a debit card. I had a family member come in with a credit card and the guy ASSURED me that I would get money back because he was only going to rent me a small SUV. He said the $250 on the credit card would never be a charge it would just be pending in case it was not returned.
I returned the car a day early and was charged $277 in”misc fees”. I understand there are rules but those rules need to be listed on the website when making the rental.

My husband travels for work and needs a rental car quite often. Budget has always given him nice, reliable and safe cars. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We have never had a negative experience there and we rent several times a month. Thank you, Budget!

The online reservation was easy. Pick up went well. Rep showed us how to remove the van seats so we could transport some furniture. Was told that if we returned by end of day we would not be charged for fourth day as we were picking up over a weekend at end of day, which was earlier.Upon returning, a different rep received our return. He was rude. Charged us for the 4th day and a $10 refueling charge - vehicle was returned with a full tank. When questioned about bill, he removed the refueling charge, but refused to honor the return by end of day pricing. Due to experience at return, I would not recommend this location.
