Excessive cleaning fee of $450!We have rented here many times and never had an issue. We normally return in person, but this time, we dropped off the night before after they had closed and left the keys in the drop box. A few weeks later we get a letter in the mail that they charged us a $450 cleaning fee. We did not return this car in any different condition than we have in the past. They just took this opportunity to rip us off. We could have had the car detailed for a third of that cost. When we talked to them, they were extremely rude and did not care that they were losing a customer. It's obvious by all of the negative reviews that this is normal.

I RENTED A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. THE VEHICLE THAT WAS RENTED TO ME ENDED UP WITH A LOT OF ISSUES. SEAT BELT DONT WORK, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON ALONG WITH CHANGE OIL SOON. AFTER MAKING SEVERAL 800 CALLS TO BUDGET I WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE NEAREST BUDGET AND TURN THE CAR IN. THE FIRST 2 TURNED ME AWAY STATING THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AT WHICH TIME I CONTACTED THE BUDGET WHERE I RENTED THE CAR FROM AND WAS TOLD BY THE FEMALE THE SEAT BELT AND CHANGE OIL SOON WAS NOT A MAJOR CONCERN BUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS A MAJOR. AFTER SPENDING THE ENTIRE MORNING AND HALF THE AFTERNOON I FINALLY FOUND A BUDGET THAT WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY AND EXCHANGEDTHE CAR WITH NO PROBLEM. AT THIS TIME I WOULD NOT BE RENTING FROM BUDGET AGAIN ESPECIALLY THE NOBLESVILLE LOCATION HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR THE CUSTOMER.

Terrible experience. I arrived for my reservation at 6, and she ran to lock the door as I was approaching. I got stranded high and dry, and she was still working. It's completely a waste of time. I asked her why she did that and said, "So what, report it. I don't care. " She is an awful person and should not be in customer service. My vacation is canceled. (Must be Allison from all the negative reviews I missed lol corporate still lets her do this?)

Today morning I reserved a car through Costco travel. I called this Nobelsville branch to make sure with my order and know which car they're gonna give me. First man said that you accept debit cards and confirmed my reservation. I received confirmation email which you send me this survey. I came for pick up the car but another man said that you don't accept debit cards on the day of pick up only next day and a woman in the office who helped me to choose car said that you do not accept debit cards you accept only major credit cards and she can't accept my debit card. I told her why in the same office 3 different people say 3 different company policies. She said sorry. I said I don't blame you and she said that " you are good not to blame me but I really don't care" which is not acceptable.I am very upset and not satisfied with this company's service. I have lost 2 hours of my family time today. It was my first experience with your company and they failed.

Terrible customer service. I picked this car up in SC. They didn’t even do a walk around with me. They filled one of the tires with air before I left. I had to fill it 10 times on my trip to Indiana. Once I got to the Noblesville location I had my hands full with my child and car seat. Once I finally got in the door the woman asked what I needed. I said I was returning the rental. I explained the tire situation, but they didn’t care. She came back after checking the car and handed me a piece of paper and then went to the back. I didn’t receive a here is your receipt. Have a great day. NOTHING. Finally I asked the other employee am I good to go? This place is very unprofessional and rude. This was my first and last experience with Budget. I always use enterprise but they were sold out. Lesson learned for sure.

We rented a car from budget in Noblesville to go to florida this past week... when we got the car the guy said no sand haha we said we are going to florida thats going to happen.. right then he should of found us a different vehicle for us to take... we drop off the car a day erlier then we had put down and had the car detailed while in florida because there were high scuff marks on the back which he said oh that happens because of suitcases... we woke up to a $277 charge for vacuuming the car out we did our absolute best to not get sand in the car. There wasnt much at all... We could of had it professionally cleaned for way less then that... again HE WAS TOLD WE WERE GOING TO FLORIDA Theres sand in florda we will never rent another car from them and if you plan to go anwhere that has sand i wouldnt rent from them because they will charge a ridiculous fee to do their job and sweep the car out before they send it with someone else.

HORRIBLE! I recently had the most frustrating experience with this car rental company, and I wish I could give them a negative rating of -10. They managed to cancel my one-way booking without providing any prior information, causing me to miss my flight. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for their customers is truly astounding

Showed up an hour early to pick up car and asked if I could go ahead and get it, which they did. However, they charged me $50 because I didn't drop it back off 2 days later an hour early. I could have waiting the hour if I knew they were going to charge me $50 for picking it up early. Just the times we live in nowadays....zero customer service. It's really a shame too because we've usually been happy with this location. Turo was about the same price, but decided to go with Budget...I guess we'll just have to start using Turo from now on.

WOW! Allison from this location was posing as the supervisor, denied me my rental till the next day because of a debit card. Which I rented from them 6 days ago with the same debit card same day as reservation no problem except Allison was not there. She is extremely rude and disrespectful soon as I walked in and I felt like a victim of a hate crime. My wife voiced her opinion of my skin color being an issue and Allison stated she "didn’t care that I was purple”!!! Which I’m light skinned at that but that is a extremely RACIST REMARK! I have been compensated and refunded for being treated poorly only to deal with similar situation with Ashley at the Castleton location!? Horrible day filled with mental distress, definitely contacting an attorney.

Recently my family and I were on vacation in Florida and our truck was struck by lightning. We rented a car from budget and picked it up on Saturday to get us home. We drove through the night and got back to Indiana. We went to crew car wash, swept it out, cleaned all surfaces, then went to gas station and topped it off then dropped it off on Sunday afternoon, one day after we picked it up. We called the main line asking what exactly to do since the office was closed, so by what they told us on phone we filled out the packet, and dropped off keys. Noblesville office lied and said we didn’t fill gas and kept it for 2 extra days. This along with other billing errors resulted in a 290 rental turning into almost 1200 dollars. Disgusting person that is in charge of noblesville rental location. Never go here, they will rob you. They literally took advantage of a family in need, with no remorse.

My family and I were on our first vacation, our truck was struck by lightning in Florida so we had to rent a vehicle with what little money we had left. We left on Saturday and dropped the rental off on Sunday, cleaned it's interior at crew car wash and filled the tank. Filled out the packet and dropped keys off. Tuesday rolls around and we find out they lied and said tank wasn't full and we kept it two extra days, completely draining the rest of our bank account. Preyed upon a family in need, terrible company. Stay far away!
