I went in to do several business cash deposits. I told the teller (older woman with light colored hair) that I needed to do separate deposits to reflect daily deposits. The teller acted annoyed that it would involve extra deposit slips and gave me a pile of slips to fill out. There was no other customers in the bank but me. Apparently she didn't want to work at all!?! I have 8 accounts with Chase. Currently looking for a bank that values its business customers.

The bank manager is a lovely, professional, and helpful. Although I'm currently rebuilding my credit and not trying to get a mortgage or loan, she treated me like I was applying for a huge mortgage or loan. Also, she wouldn't let me leave her office without having me download the Chase app and trying out some simple features. Great customer service! Definitely a branch to deal with and be satisfied!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The manager was so racist because I have an accent and completely ignored me.I waited for 90+ minutes and they told me we need to reschedule the appointment or to go to another branch! Worst bank!! Don’t go there unless you want to walk out mad, stressed and get your time wasted.

Chandra is extremely racist and has continuously showed me and my family that. I normally don’t leave bad reviews on any businesses but this worker’s behavior are EXTREMELY unacceptable.

The whole stuff needs to be trained on customer service. The bank manager, Chandra, has been extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customer’s time.

Call you get a message they're busy then hangs up on you. Tried calling for three days. No one answers. Cannot talk to a live person for help and recording has no options but try again later.

Can no longer reach a live person by telephone, or leave a message. I am a “private client” as well, but that doesn’t seem to matter any more. service overall is nonexistent.

I went in to ask to complete a wire transfer for the closing of my home. The manager was talking to another employee and asked another employee that was already on the phone to do the transfer for me as she went back into her office to keep talking. The employee was on the phone and I was waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes.There were three other employees in another officer doing training or something important I'm sure; whatever they were doing, they weren't helping the only customer in the branch.It was 9:30 AM on 8/12/2020 so review the footage as I was the only customer in the branch just in case the employees don't fess up to it.Should have listened to my wife who works at PNC and warned me not to go into that branch since she grew up in that area and has had similar experiences. I left the branch due to there being another branch 3 miles down the road, for the second time in a few months. Feel free to pull up my branch visitation history as I was in there around Februrary 2020.Where's corporate when you need them?!
