Website says Pharmacy is open 9-7 today, closed for lunch from 1:30-2:00. I got there after 3:00 and the shutters are down. I wouldn't have wasted my time if the website had simply stated closed July 4.

Great store. Very helpful staff and when i had an issue with my prescription they helped me solve even though they were very busy at the time. Top notch Pharmacist and Tech!!! Thank you so much.

Apparently CVS has an App for Express pick-up and payment if you choose the drive thru option. It probably could be used inside as well I saw something about it while waiting in the drive-through I asked the tech about it and she told me of the benefits When I got home I decided to load the application. It seemed to load \u0026 open fine but that was the end of it. After providing an email \u0026 password it asked for further security \u0026 wanted to know if I prefer a text message or email for a security code. My choice of either would be acceptable but the app stops at that point. So you are done (locked up) Tried multiple times and no response. Thanks you CVS for wasting my 1 hour trying to use what seemed like a nice option. I have many choices for pharmacy services but CVS is several minutes closer than the rest. They have great staff once you get access to them but I am hesitant to use them in the fear that my clothes my go out of style while waiting on them

Without exception, this is the single worst pharmacy I've ever visited. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy, especially with regards to terrible customer service the last year. However, what I witnessed tonight with how the pharmacist and her tech treated another customer has prompted me to take my pharmacy needs to Walgreens. I can only imagine that the customer, who was proven right about everything she said, was verbally assaulted and insulted by the tech, who was way out of line and unprofessional. The customer was waaaayyy more patient and understanding than most people would be, and acknowledged they're "understaffed," as the pharmacist and tech repeatedly offered to explain to their errors and poor customer service. I'll never set foot in the store again, and that costumer was told by the pharmacist to take her business elsewhere. Just wow. Unbelievable.

As I pulled into the parking lot of CVS there was plenty of parking with disabled parking available. I entered the store, it was clean and tidy. I was able to locate exactly what I needed as there are isle signs posted.I also used the pharmacy, the staff was very knowledgeable, politeand and friendly. Checking out was fast and easy. Not sure I will ever understand the long receipts. Lol! Thank you CVS for a pleasant experience!

Repeat failures to fill prescriptions. Long hold times if you have questions and a poor attitude by the entire staff. I've never been to a pharmacy more poorly operated.

Had a great experience with the pharmacy today while getting my booster. Was able to check in on the site, was addressed by name when I got inside, quick booster with the tech and waited my 15 mins. Overall went great.

I really only come here for prescriptions... and it seems so does everyone else. I like using their drive-thru pharmacy but man can it get backed up at times. Sometimes I just opt to park my car and go into the store and I'm out before the next car at the window has moved up! I do think the pharmacy is vastly understaffed; just know you'll be waiting a long time. However, the folks behind the counter are always very friendly and they have little doggie treats for your fur friend in the drive-thru. That's a fun perk. CVS itself is a little overpriced for a drugstore. Walgreens or even the Kroger in the same plaza will have cheaper items for you.

I was helped by a woman named Tracy today and thanks to her I paid nearly $100 LESS for my medication than I've been paying in Anderson for the EXACT SAME THING. She was so kind and so helpful I will never go to another pharmacy! THANK YOU TRACY!
