They saved me tonight! Thank you to the Pharmasist or Tech who called me back tonight after I left a message and helped me after a challenging day I had with a different CVS. Thank you so much for helping me with my script and being kind to me. 🩷

Recently I was scammed by a fake health insurance company after losing my job. I had so much anxiety about paying for my medications, but told the pharmacy I would pay out of pocket since I need them. The gentleman on the phone helped me with the CVS discount prescription card that I didn't even know about and helped save me a ton. It's a relief when going through health care challenges for somebody to help you without even being asked. I've been to different locations and not every representative will do this for you. I'm very grateful.

I was third in line in the drive thru. When it was my turn they shut the blinds. I hit the button and it said they were at lunch. I guess its okay to shut the blinds on a customer. I could only imagine someone in a business and as they walk up everyone just leaves.

Nothing like walking into CVS right before 9am and hearing someone in the pharmacy telling a story so loud you can hear it as you walk in the front door and she’s swearing non stop. Just because the pharmacy isn’t open doesn’t mean there aren’t other people in the store. Completely unprofessional.

Went to CVS at 1:18 for a shot and was turned away and told to come back after 2 because they were going to lunch. Staff very rude!

I am from Florida , worst experience I ever had! Was asking where to find potassium and pharmacy said it had to be called in! Went to to Kroger and they had buy one get one!

Noblesville CVS was professional and very kind. I was greeted by Wes and Wimbly at the door. Wes took the time to find out what I needed and saw that I had just had foot surgery. He promptly went and walked and got what I needed so I didn't have to walk far. He also know about the new CVS program. I was very impressed with his assistance.

If I could give negative stars I would. WORST PHARMACY EVER! Rude, rude people. I have had several problems with them but yesterday was the worst. My veterinarian called in a script for my dog on Friday. I tried using the automated phone system to see if my script was ready. They had no record of it. On Saturday I called my vet and asked if they had phoned in the script and they said yes. I tried the automated system again, no luck. I called the store, only to be put on hold forever, and nobody ever picked up. I have tried calling this store before and you can never actually talk to a person. Just their automated system. So frustrating. I waited until this week to pick up the script, thinking they would have it done by then (5 days after it had been called in). When I got there, they said they didn't have the prescription. I called the vet while I was there and they confirmed (yet again!) that they had called it in on Friday. When I told the pharmacist all he said was "I wasn't here on Friday so I don't know". OMG! Long story short, they made me have the vet call them again (thank goodness they were still open) and then wait for 45 minutes to fill it. They said "others are in line before you". I said I've been waiting for 5 days, nobody is in front of me. They were EXTREMELY RUDE ABOUT IT. While I was waiting, I again called my vet and had them phone the script into another drug store (name begins with a "W"!) They filled it in less than 10 minutes and were very kind. This is not the first or even second time this has happened to me. This is the worst pharmacy ever! I will not EVER go back. All the staff are very unprofessional and inept at their jobs. Why does it take 45 minutes to pour 200ml of liquid into a bottle??? CVS Corporate, I hope you read this. The entire pharmacy department needs to be fired!

Genuinely no point in prepaying early or anything because no matter what it takes 15 to 30 minutes every time just to get prescriptions you paid for online.

I know the job has to be really exhausting, but I don't think that gives anyone the right to be a jerk.
After being ignored by everyone else, someone already clocked out check me and those behind me in for flu shots. I wasn't a walk in or anything I had an appointment time scheduled. This was already a re-schedule because they messed up my 1st appointment a few days before and basically made me reschedule. Pharmacist made it very clear we were all just the biggest inconveniences to his day. After waiting about half an hour I was told 'oh they don't have my insurance on file' better go back to the check-in line. When I said I'd have to reschedule again because of a nother commitment I had to get to he made it very clear we should not have scheduled them 4-6 pm. I get that's when everyone else is leaving work, but that's kind of the point dude, maybe that's the only time we have free. Don't mean to sound like a Karen but I really don't feel like getting talked down to every time I need to pick up my meds or try to be a decent person get a freaking shot.

My go-to if I need something quick! Everyone is nice on the retail side, especially Wesley and Joe. I don’t have too much experience over on the pharmacy side, but everyone has been pleasant and great to deal with. You can tell it’s a stressful job, so I don’t expect them to be overly positive.

Pharm is always rude and unprofessional. The line always takes forever, yet all the tech are goofing off. Seems more like a company party instead of a workplace every time I visit

Waited 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get my script filled. Finally stop to pick it up and waited in line for 45 mins to get to the checkout. Many others in line waited that long only to be told it isn't ready yet. When I got to the checkout there was no apology for my wait, just complaints about how busy it is and how many people were waiting. Not professional at all, will be switching to Walgreens across the street since this isn't close to the first bad experience here.
