My go-to if I need something quick! Everyone is nice on the retail side, especially Wesley and Joe. I don’t have too much experience over on the pharmacy side, but everyone has been pleasant and great to deal with. You can tell it’s a stressful job, so I don’t expect them to be overly positive.

Pharm is always rude and unprofessional. The line always takes forever, yet all the tech are goofing off. Seems more like a company party instead of a workplace every time I visit

Waited 2 weeks and multiple phone calls to get my script filled. Finally stop to pick it up and waited in line for 45 mins to get to the checkout. Many others in line waited that long only to be told it isn't ready yet. When I got to the checkout there was no apology for my wait, just complaints about how busy it is and how many people were waiting. Not professional at all, will be switching to Walgreens across the street since this isn't close to the first bad experience here.

I walked in there and it smelled like poop *which I love*. They were so kind, they gave me free chips off the floor and they didn't even get in trouble!!!!! I was trying to find a Dr. Pepper but I found a lady pouring it on the floor, slay queen!!!!

I know the job has to be really exhausting, but I don't think that gives anyone the right to be a jerk. After being ignored by everyone else, someone already clocked out check me and those behind me in for flu shots. I wasn't a walk in or anything I had an appointment time scheduled. This was already a re-schedule because they messed up my 1st appointment a few days before and basically made me reschedule. Pharmacist made it very clear we were all just the biggest inconveniences to his day. After waiting about half an hour I was told 'oh they don't have my insurance on file' better go back to the check-in line. When I said I'd have to reschedule again because of a nother commitment I had to get to he made it very clear we should not have scheduled them 4-6 pm. I get that's when everyone else is leaving work, but that's kind of the point dude, maybe that's the only time we have free. Don't mean to sound like a Karen but I really don't feel like getting talked down to every time I need to pick up my meds or try to be a decent person get a freaking shot.

1. I had a Rx get sent here. 30 pills for 3 days, and it was set for 3 months (not a 90 day Rx, but a qty of 3 30 day Rx's). They gave me all 90 and charged me for only 30. Oddly enough, when it was being filled, their system tried to catch the error... yet no one understood. Professional? Not exactly... I called and they just told me to keep it...2. I had 3 Rx's sent over on 9/26/23. Two of them were filled right away. I picked them up later when I actually needed them so they had to re-fill it on 10/13/23. So, what about that 3rd Rx that was never filled? It is a controlled substance, and it has issues of being on back-order. It was never put in on 9/26/23 along with the others. I get the issue of being controlled.... I get the issue of it being on back order.... but THE CLOCK for getting my Rx filled was delayed by almost 3 weeks just to start the wait for the back order. This seems somewhat discriminatory about the medication and the people who diagnosed that need it.3. That 3rd Rx is a controlled substance. To get it filled where they actually do have that in stock would require my prescriber to call it in again elsewhere. Easy right? Nope. That prescriber's office is out of business now... I just started there and it is closed., I was referred to them by my therapist office. That office is great, but the prescriber I saw once had to elave when the person they wrote under left. Why did I go here before this occurred? To a place that is still in business, but my prescriber left it. Annnnd why did I go here from the place before this? Because it took my insurance whereas the place before it only takes card which makes you have to file a claim for re-imbursement.... which I did for a while since the wait to get seen is horrendous. Why does this all matter? This CVS pharmacy has made a huge issue a nightmare that no one cares about... except for one tech who treated me like a human being. The rest of them that I have seen here seem to have such poor skills treating people as people rather than just an Rx Number.4. I called the CVS pharmacy customer support line. They just told me that they would let leadership know so they can be better in the future. No help for me now... right? Well, those "letting leadership know" is code for either nothing it going to be done or it will just get added to the list of stores with the same issue. I'd rather drive across the county to a different CVS than go to this one again.

I have been nothing but kind to this staff! Brought them Starbucks even…. But when you close at 5:55 but you are open til 6pm and you don’t give a darn that my child will not have medicine this evening that she has to have. No empathy or Sympathy.

Genuinely no point in prepaying early or anything because no matter what it takes 15 to 30 minutes every time just to get prescriptions you paid for online.

I must say that the full-time staff pharmacist are some of the best here at this Lakeview Drive of CVS but 'Charee "I'm just a Float" Pharmacist' (self described) leaves a lot to be desired. I had three separate encounters with her today. The first one occurred in the morning I stopped at the drive-thru she immediately said we'll be right with you momentarily and after 10 minutes late I had to leave. I have never had to wait without some courtesy communication from the staff. This occurred about 10:40 a.m. I was the only car in line. I left to go to a minor surgical appointment thinking that later in the day I would return. My wife returned for a second visit. My physicians office wrote the prescription for a 90-day supply. Only one box of nine was dispensed. A dispensing error. My wife then in turn called back and spoke with Charee and was told that insurance would only pay for one. That is most definitely not the case because on previous 90-day prescriptions more than one box was dispensed. My third encounter occurred at about 7:50 p.m. when I went into the store and spoke directly to Charee. The conversation started out amicably enough but became quite evident to me that Charee was not going to deal with things and could care less. I tried to get confirmation from her that her suggestion of me coming back on Thursday to speak with one of the full-time pharmacist could somehow resolve this. At that point she went behind the counter again to her dispensing screen I tried to engage her in a commitment to help me resolve this. And she looked in a co-worker to her right, a technician and said in regards to my conversation, "I feel like I'm speaking a different language than English" her and her co-worker exchange laughter at my expense. That's no way to treat patients. This float pharmacist Charee is a nonchalant passive-aggressive. She doesn't care about people nor trying to be of service. We are now contemplating moving our prescriptions to a place that has a more friendly atmosphere. That's a shame because the full-time pharmacist are really nice. MAYBE WHAT I SHOULD ALWAYS DO IS FIND OUT IF A FULL-TIME PHARMACIST IS THERE TODAY AND THEN AND ONLY THEN GET A PRESCRIPTION. STAY AWAY FROM CHAREE 'I'M JUST A FLOAT' PHARMACIST! #2

The staff here is amazing in the pharmacy. I just wish people would come in and be kind to them. Imagine how many Scripps they have to fill and how people want them now they are always on top of things. Please be kind.

The lady at the counter was so rude, she doesn't even have ethics on how to talk to people, Donno how CVS hire such head weights and get their reputation go down.

I think I'll probably change my pharmacy after today. I have the text message stating my prescription was ready, just triple checked and had my husband read the text message. She claimed zero was ready and then refused to fill it even though I was sitting behind 2 other cars for like 10 minutes all because they closed and there was like 3 cars behind me. Maybe you guys should be open later instead of inconveniencing the public.

Been with CVS over 25 years now and this is the 2nd one in Noblesville that I've fired in the last year. I will no longer deal with all their problems including the people in the pharmacy and their attitudes. Horrible service! Don't even waste time trying to access their pharmacy thru their app, it says it busy everytime and to try back. We'll, I'm trying a different pharmacy cause it can't be any worse than this CVS.

Rudest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve went back 3 times for the same prescription that they never filled. The big lady in the drive thru rolled her eyes at me and told me there were people waiting in line behind me so I needed to leave, without giving me an explanation as to why my prescription was never filled. Needless to say the cvs on Conner street gladly filled my prescription without attitude.
